We were in town for Volleyball Nationals and chose this resort based on a recommendation from our team—it absolutely lived up to expectations. The unit was exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts of home while we were away. The pool area was great!!! The owner was highly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience—we will definitely be returning!

Everything was flowing smoothly until we arrived. The entry code given to the unit wouldn’t open the door. The key in the lock box wouldn’t unlock the door either. Another code was given to us and it didn’t work. Finally after close to an hour after arriving we were given a code that allowed us to enter the unit. We had plans for the evening that we had to cancel due to the delay. During the days during our visit there was work being done in one of units nearby. Hammering and drllling started at around 8am and lasted all day. We’ve visited Orlando several times and have always stayed at Vista Cay and will continue to do so but I must say this was just a ok trip. The staff person that I talked to when arrived and couldn’t get in was very helpful and professional. He assisted in every way possible.

The access issue was related to a management transition for the home, and our team worked by phone with the appropriate parties on your behalf until access was resolved. We also offered a later checkout in an effort to help make up for the inconvenience, though we understand you were unable to use it. Regarding the nearby noise, no construction concern was reported to us during the stay, so we were not given the opportunity to look into it or see whether anything could be done at the time. We appreciate your feedback and are glad our team was able to assist throughout the arrival issue.

Spacious condo in a great location.

We went to Orlando as a family to visit the theme parks. The location was perfect, convenient located 15 minutes or so from Disney, universal, etc. and about 8 minutes from Sea World. The place was clean and comfortable! We will be back

Overall condo was nice and in fairly good condition.Here are a few comments/ observations:-[1]Need to update to smart TV's to be competitive with other renters.Lake view was nothing special as it was mucky.[2)Check in time shoukd be more competitive with hotels i.e 11am instead of 4pm. [2b) I thought i was getting 2 full dsys but it was more like 1day because checkin was 4pm and checkout 10am.

Mgt did not send gate code. When I called the contact # I got a service and was told I'd be called back. Hours later only rec'd an email; no apology, no attempt at reparation for the 4 hours we'd have been locked out if another guest hadn't supplied it. Throw pillows smell of BO, found a dirty sock in a closet, inside of tea kettle was dirty. Condo was roomy with a nice view, resort itself is lovely. All of the beds squeak every time you roll over. Insufficient hot water in master bath; second bath squeals loudly when running. Overall a nice place that could be greatly improved with better communication and a few adjustments.

Big and Beautiful

We stayed for 7 nights and there were 5 adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and the applianaces were top-notch. The couches, the big balcony (with a view) added to the wonderful stay. We visited all themed parks and were happy to come home to this beautiful and relaxing apartment. We were able to take in the pool and that only added to the overall experience. If we ever were back in Orlando we would certainly try to rent this place again.

Beautiful Accommodations

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. My only criticism is the mattresses. They are old box spring mattresses and need to be replaced. People sleeping in each of the bedrooms complained about them being squeaky and uncomfortable.

This is our second trip to Vista Cay with my daughter’s dance studio for the Dance Awards nationals. We decided to book through a private rental this stay and it was great! Very spacious, clean and it had all the items we needed to cook and prepare food. Beds were comfy (pillows a bit hard for our taste) and having all of the space here was key! The owners were attentive and prompt with replies to all questions. Highly recommend!!

Competition Trip

Excellent property and amenities. Perfect location and very clean. The only thing I would suggest is that they supply more than 1 trash bag. No problem buying a box but for 3 bedrms and two bathrooms 1 trash bag is not realistic. We left a box for the next guest. Hopefully we are able to stay here again next year
