Knolls 1022 - Great family getaway, located close to pools!

The owners of this sharp 2 bedroom unit have recently completed major renovations of the living room, dining room, and master bathroom. New carpet and tile throughout, a new stove, electric heating fireplace, new furniture in the master suite, living room, and dining room. The master bath has a walk in tiled shower, glass doors, uniquely lighted mirror and LED lighting.

Enjoy every season at the lake in this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2nd tier condo located close to the indoor and outdoor pools. The Master suite has a king bed, 42" flat screen smart TV, DVD player and WiFi. The second bedroom has two twin beds (or we can pull them together to make a King bed), flat screen TV and DVD player. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa as you can sleep up to 6 people in this condo. Also enjoy deck access from the Living Room along with the 42" flat screen TV, and DVD player.

You have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an electric grill and ceiling fan on the deck. If you need to do laundry there is a full size washer and dryer right in this unit. This condo has a ramp in place of the one outdoor step for easy access when carrying groceries. The complex features an indoor and outdoor pool (with hot tub and sauna), a clubhouse, a game room, vending machines, tennis courts (one indoor), a basketball court, a playground, a fitness room, and boat ramp.

Nice Condo, Bad TV

The condo was nice and was updated fairly recently it looked like. We only have 1 complaint. The TV in the living room blew up on the first day. Notfied owner twice with no response. We actually had plans to watch the Chiefs football game with a bunch of invited friends, but that fell apart. May seem trivial, but ruined a bunch of peoples plans. Had to go to bar where we spent 4 times as much on food and drink.

Thomas, we appreciate the review and understand that you tried contacting our office, via e-mail on Friday morning. We tell our guests when we call them to check them in, to call us if they need anything. We post our office number and our emergency number on the refrigerator, pink stand on the counter, in the contract and in the digital welcome book to make it easy to get ahold of us. For future reference please call our office as the e-mail you used went to someone who was off work at that time (again this is why we tell guests to "call" our office). We respond to all issues and could have had a new tv installed by Friday afternoon and ready to go in plenty of time for the Chiefs game. We did replace the television once we discovered it wasn't working. If we are out of the office you can also leave a message and/or you can call our "emergency" number that is monitored 24/7. Again sorry that your plans fell apart but we make ourselves very available so that we can take care of any issues that may arise. We hope that you give us another opportunity and remember to call us with any issues that you may have. Thanks, Russell Burdette Owner/Broker

The pictures don't do justice. Although this place is a little older and has that 70's vibe, it has been well maintained and areas have been modernized. Clean, affordable, kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer, big deck. What else could you ask for?

We were visiting family so we didn’t spend much time at our condo but the Knolls offered tennis courts, a pool, a gym and no shortage of hills to run! Our condo was updated, our beds were comfortable. We would definitely visit this condo again. Thank you for the amenities.

great stay in the ozarks

Very clean and comfortable. We used this condo as an overflow space for a large group that couldn't all fit in a nearby house. Bathrooms were clean and newer and everything worked as it should.

Great getaway

In short, everything was perfect. Low key vacation spot with easy access to a large variety of activities just minutes away. Condo was more than we expected and we had a great stay. Will be coming back for sure.

Nice condo close to pool.

This condo was perfect for our weekend with two teenage girls. They had their space and we had ours. Close to the pool which was nice because the complex is spread out. Would stay there again
