Great location, porch faces west so its pleasant to sit out and enjoy a little sun. Beds were comfy and I always appreciate several nightlights. Had fun playing a board game too.

Simply put, our experience here was TOP NOTCH! Communication was excellent, the cleanliness was fantastic, and the way they went out of the way and above and beyond to accommodate us for our last minute booking and parking was stellar. The deck and patio area was fantastic for our group. We will be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Had a wonderful stay, place was clean and well stocked. They had a 6 pack of Topo Chico waiting in the fridge!!! Next time we have a weekend in Chicago, we will be back.

Just right!

This cozy apartment was perfect for our long weekend away! Literally steps from restaurants, quiet neighborhood, easy to navigate to CTA stops. The back porch was heaven and the beds were very comfortable! Hosts answered us promptly and answered all our questions. Wish we would have had facial tissue- we searched the whole place for a box lol. That’s the only “problem” and when we come back to Chicago, it’s the first spot we’ll check for availability. Thanks!!!

Host was responsive, warm and helpful. A to do list and list of restaurant recommendations was within the property. The location on the block and within the community was superb! (Very near the walking path and downtown) Parking was never a problem. The unit was very clean, updated and well stocked. (Blender, coffee maker etc) We live in a suburb of Chicago and were undergoing extensive renovations and this was the perfect downtown respite. We would stay again in a heartbeat and can see why it gets such great reviews! Thank you, host, for your hospitality! Although we never saw you we felt it from a far!

Great location for why we came. Close to 606Trail which is awesome. Being able to park right out front was amazing. Nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the back porch. Only issue we had was the front door keypad. It's a little cracked and worn and had trouble keying in the code.
