This apartment by the water is my favorite place to stay in the Vero Beach and Sebastian area. Sue (and Rick) are perfect hosts,, and make check-in very easy. I usually stay for a week at a time, so this budget friendly apartment is ideal.

Rick and Sue were exceptional hosts. It’s a nice apartment overlooking the the canal in a quiet area off the beaten path. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Very convenient to the beaches and restaurants. I would definitely book this again if I were in the area.

I like staying in this apartment while I’m in the area. Pelicans, dolphins, rockets launching in the distance. This is a very unique place, with an interesting balcony view.

This place is a gem; it's quiet and private and yet close to everything at the same time. Everything was as promised in the description. We loved the peaceful ambience and spent many hours on the deck overlooking the water. Sue and Rick were great hosts, very responsive to requests. We are music lovers and Sue went the extra step to provide us with places and contact information.

Safe, quiet, bright, spacious and clean studio with deck seating over the river inlet. Sue is generous with her local activities, sites and restaurants knowledge. She met us upon our arrival, showed us our studio and made us feel welcomed. We were lucky to witness a Starlink launch from the deck too!

Pros:1. The host was incredibly friendly. I got the best vibe from her. 2. It was clean. 3. The location was perfect for our needs- central to the activities and places in which we spent our time. 4. The wildlife was abundant- which I love to experience when I am staying in a different climate. Cons:1. There was no way to lock the door when we left so we felt like our belongings were not secure. 2. The water is “well” water and has a very distinct smell to it. We were able to shower at a friend’s house and used bottled water to brush our teeth. Overall, the experience was really great. I would stay there again if the security situation was addressed. The neighborhood does seem very safe.

Beautiful Place

You'll enjoy your stay here! Perfect location for shopping, the ocean and many areas for fishing and exploring. Great dinning places as well. The place is spotless, love the balcony and the view! Highly recommend it!

From the deck we saw a rocket launch and had a beautiful water view. Enjoyed the fishing dock. The host were very helpful. Beaches and restaurants were close.

Nice quiet stay

Sue was very welcoming, and met me when I arrived to show me the apartment. The highlight of the week was watching a rocket take off at night while I stood out on the terrace. It was truly spectacular, with the water below reflecting the fire above!

Cute, quiet, comfortable

We chose this location because of the sea kayaks, but the manatees put on their own little show right off our deck. The apartment is cozy and clean, a welcome respite for winter weary travelers. We will definitely make this our preferred choice for future Florida stays!
