Great location for the tow path and restaurants. Super clean and cozy home with off street parking and well appointed kitchen. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
The property was very convenient and close to many attractions, including the national park. The house was very clean and Jack the owner was extremely communicative.
Nice home. Seemed like a quiet neighborhood. Host left us messages with great information and made the trip very easy. Everything was great but the bed. Very stiff. Some people will like a stiff bed we did not. We were still able to sleep so it wasn’t horrible.
This place gets 5 stars! Jack was very helpful, i had easy access, the place was comfortable and just as listed. I also really liked the location, as it was close to a great deli and a short trip to restaurants and downtown.

Thanks so much Jeremy - The area is truly in the center of so much! Thank you for your review, please return for another stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was centrally located to several of the attractions which interested us and just a short drive from many interstate roads in Akron. We found the rental to be exactly as pictured and it was quite comfortable. The electric fireplace and a small lamp were turned on for our arrival and the exterior lighting was automatic and much appreciated for our after dark return to the property. The host was very attentive and offered many suggestions for area activities and dining options. Kitchen was well stocked and also had a nice selection of coffees and teas. Just perfect for our needs.
Met our expectations. Comfortable, small but perfect for the two of us. Great restaurants a few minutes away Definitely try Freds for breakfast and Luigi's for italian. Route 8 is a block away. It is a major artery to all local points for shopping, Cuyahoga park, restaurants etc. Jack was on the ball and very accommodating. Would stay there again.

Thanks Bill! It's a fantastic area - I look forward to hosting you again as returning guests get discounts!
We had a lovely stay at Dan street. The accommodation was perfectly suited to our stay. All the necessities were accounted for and in splendid state. So nice to be amongst the locals in Akron instead of a highly touristically area. The house was clean, comfortable and nice to be in.
The bed slept very well and the living room made the rainy day easy to overcome, with al little help from HBO. And yes the North Hill donuts were really to our liking.

Thanks for the kind words Jeanine & come back soon!
What a perfect little spot to stay in! Everything was clean and well maintained. After a very small hiccup checking in, we were able to reach Jack immediately and he helped us out! The mattress was wonderful!! So often the mattresses are like rocks, this one was so comfortable. We already tried to rebook this place for the eclipse in April and someone already got to it. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you Fawn, we appreciate your understanding of MY goof up with your check in. Please return soon!
We are small business owners and came up for a business trip/ meeting in Akron! This was not our first time renting a VRBO. Jack is a great host with no complaints from us. His house was not only homie feeling/comfortable to stay in, but Jack thought of everything supplies-wise, even down to individual toothbrushes and floss. We were given several suggestions on where to eat and entertainment, which was nice to not have to google alot of stuff. Our first night we ate at Luigi's, they are delicious and would eat there again if we make it back. Thank you again Jack for the enjoyable stay in your home! If we make it back to Akron, we will be staying in your house again!
