We had a wonderful stay in Ephrata,PA! The place was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The host went the extra mile by leaving us coffee and goodies for us to enjoy which was very thoughtful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others!

The facility was very clean and attractive. We were very welcomed by Kara via a personal note. The only difficult part was working the door lock. I found it a bit cumbersome and I’m not sure it worked properly but otherwise the bathroom was exceptional and we felt very much at home. I did think the price was a little high, but it was a lovely Vrbo stay

Thank you for your feedback, Sue! I'm sorry you experienced trouble with the lock. I'll definitely look into it to make sure everything is working properly. Regarding the pricing, it looks like your total came to approximately $166 per night, including taxes and VRBO fees. I recently reviewed our rates to ensure they remain competitive with other short-term rentals and hotels in the area, particularly during October. Given the space and amenities our apartment offers—including a full kitchen, private bedroom, living room, full bathroom, in-unit laundry, and private patio—we feel our pricing offers good value for guests visiting the area. I'm sorry that you felt it was over-priced. Thank you again for staying with us and for bringing the lock issue to my attention!

Kara was a supreme host. Our mini vacation in Lancaster was wonderful partly by where we stayed for 3 nights. One of if not the cleanest and most organized vrbo’s we’ve ever stayed in. You can beat the price for what the place had to offer.

We had a wonderful stay! Kara’s place is spotless, well stocked with everything you need and more! She has you covered for everything! Very convenient to all of the places you would want to visit in Amish Country. It’s such a beautiful area! Kara was always very quick to respond when I needed to message her. This was one of the cleanest and best VRBO stays we’ve had. Every detail was paid attention to. There was a hand written note upon arrival, the neighborhood is cute and feels safe (we went for a walk), there is a very nice paved dedicated entrance to the door of the apartment. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed - snacks, extra towels, hair dryer, soaps, etc. the bed was comfortable and provided a great restful sleep. This is perfect for a couple to stay in and feel rested. If we ever return to Lancaster, this will be where we stay!
