We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a great location about 25 minutes from the Taylor Park trading post if you are visiting to ride trails in off-road vehicles.
The house and location is awesome. The house is exactly how it looks in the pics. The owner is awesome and very helpful as well. We have stayed there 2 years in a row and plan on a third.
The house was nice and clean. The outside of the property was kind of a junk yard as were many of the properties in that area and took away from the charm.

Far from a junkyard unless you call firewood and a snow plow, bobcat, or a camper junk.
These guests asked for a discount then complained about the price more and apparently don't appreciate being in the high mountains where everything is difficult to obtain and certain equipment and other items are a necessity.
1) dinning table was small for the max of 7 people listed.
2) not enough chairs for 4 people to sit and eat
3) TV needed HDMI able tablet or lap top to watch
Great access to Taylor Park

It's a max of 6 people not 7 and there is 3 bar seats and 4 chairs at the table to sit for eating all in the same area. The TV works great off of the Starlink Internet so not sure why you say that about the cable and computer/tablet to watch tv. Also there was a cable there if someone wanted to hook their computer to the TV but it looks like someone has taken that for themselves and I won't be replacing it.
