The house was AMAZING! Beautiful & Clean. We couldn’t get over the outside area-the pool,hot tub and plenty of seating. The house also had a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and bikes which was an added bonus for our group. We would recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s BEAUTIFUL and SOO clean!

Nicely decorated, great layout, well stocked

Spent Christmas with family including six adults and one 6-year old. Had a great time in the pool, spa, and outdoor living area. Grill is fantastic and great outdoor kitchen space with sink. Kitchen is stocked with basics. Huge TV in the living room was great for football games. Great decor and art throughout the house. Elina the manager was very well responsive after some questions about how some things worked. Overall great house and a great location - about a 20 minute walk to Vanderbilt Beach.

Gorgeous home.

Beautiful home in a nice location. Very clean and spacious with all of the amenities. We especially loved the bikes! We were also very appreciative of the beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon/cart. And I was thoroughly impressed with how organized everything was. My family and I have stayed at many rental properties in Florida throughout the years and most of the time the garages are not clean and organized. This garage was! It is evident Elina cares and personally oversees the cleaning of this home due to the cleanliness and neatness. The only drawback for us was the pool heater was difficult to figure out but we really did not use the pool due to the weather. The hot tub was wonderful, especially on the chilly nights. Also a covering would be great on the front door window. Lovely home!

We have stayed at numerous rentals over the years and this was the Best one so far…absolutely fantastic! It was updated, clean, outside area was awesome, had everything you needed inside and out, and location was great! We will definitely stay here again!!
