Enjoyed our stay here for a family wedding. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms was very convenient for 11 people. The location was great, only a few blocks to downtown. Communication with Sara was great. Would book again.
Walking distance to a lot! Good location, good amenities, enjoyed the decks, large eating space and of course the arcade and night lights. Kitchen had everything we needed and appreciated the beach towels and sunscreen- nice touch!
Overall, we really enjoyed this property. Great location to downtown & events. The kids & the adults loved the arcade room. The only recommendation I had was that it is in need of a more thorough cleaning.
We enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the size of the home — six bedrooms is phenomenal, The kitchen was well appointed and the game room was a great touch. Our host was very accommodating and we truly enjoyed the property.
Overall great stay but the place does need some TLC or a little refresher/maintenance.

Thank you for your review! I am not sure what TLC or refreshing you would recommend, as we spoke several times and you didn't mention any concerns. The home is not brand new, it is 100 years old, which adds to the charm of the property. However it has been completely remodeled and includes all the modern amenities listed.
I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to hosting you again soon!

Great location, kitchen and baths renovated and nice, beds were comfortable, has a nice old house charm. Lacks a central room for people to congregate, hot tub was not clean enough to use, the whole house needs a professional cleaning, the two frying pans were in terrible shape, bring your own, only 1 cue stick had a tip, the game room desperately needs to be renovated, carpet is destroyed, half the games don’t work, air hockey was not too bad, but the felt is worn off the paddles, so couldn’t use. It wouldn’t take too much money or effort to make the house worth the money they are asking. As is, I think it is overpriced, (upstairs bedroom doorknob didn’t work from inside, niece was stuck, please fix)
Our stay here was perfect for our family. We were in town for my son’s wedding at the Treasury. The house was in a perfect location for us to walk to everything we wanted to do. The house was big enough for my whole family to stay in one place. It was nice to have two on suites on the first floor. The arcade room and the hot tub were a nice bonus. My family used both of these. If you are looking for a house to accommodate a lot of people without feeling cramped this is the house for you. Another plus is that there was plenty of parking in the back of the house. Also the host responded quickly whenever I messaged her about something. I would definitely stay at this house again.
This was the perfect place for our bachelor/Bachelorette party weekend! This house had much to offer along with being within distance of town. The house was very beautiful and clean. We loved the arcade room! The hot tub was very nice and relaxing. We were able to walk the whole weekend to the things we wanted to do in town, which made it very convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house had a nice layout. It made our experience perfect! We all had an amazing time! We will definitely be back!
We stayed at this house because it was close to where my son was getting married. We had 10 guest, and the house was so accommodating, other people wish they had booked it for themselves. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to get ready. There’s plenty of space to hangout inside and outside. It has plenty of parking which never happens when you stay in St. Augustine. I would highly recommend this house for large groups or a get ready space for a bridal party.
Had a great stay! Host had great communication and check in was easy. Fun game room and hot tub area. Had everything we needed and no issues. Will definitely rent again.
Amazing stay questions answered immediately by host rooms were large and comfortable Plenty of towels Towels for hot tub also Coffee milk and orange juice Plenty to do in the house Pool table and game room Quiet in the morning good for sleeping in if you had a late night Walkable to downtownPrefect spot would recommend
Quiet rooms, plenty of space, 15-20 minute walk to downtown. Small pool table/dining table, lots of books and games besides the arcade room which is obviously awesome. A little mildew smell, but that’s not uncommon for an old home. It’s updated nicely without losing its charm. I would stay here again anytime.
