Los Encino’s is a beautiful Frio River vacation rental in Concan, Texas, nestled beneath a collection of massive Encino (oak) trees that provide abundant shade—now featuring a NEWLY ADDED PRIVATE POOL, making this home even more perfect for summer river vacations.

This spacious two-story Hill Country home sleeps up to 22 guests and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, ideal for large families, multi-family trips, and group getaways. Inside, you’ll find a split kitchen and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Upstairs, a second living area gives adults a break while kids enjoy their own space—perfect for relaxing after a day on the Frio River.

Outdoor living is where Los Encino’s truly stands out. Spend your days relaxing by the NEW private pool, then unwind on the covered patio or in the secluded backyard, surrounded by towering oak trees and Hill Country wildlife. The private backyard features multiple picnic tables, a BBQ pit, and a large covered patio, creating the perfect setting for outdoor meals and evening gatherings. You may even spot the occasional deer wandering through.

Linens & Towels Policy
To help keep rental rates affordable, linens and towels are not provided. Guests are required to bring their own or rent linens and towels for an additional fee with advance notice. If linens and towels are rented, sheet and towel sets will be placed at the end of each bed prior to arrival. Linen availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Please submit your request at least three weeks prior to arrival.
Linen Rental Pricing
King, Queen, & Full beds: $24 + tax per bed (includes two towel sets)
Twin beds: $12 + tax per bed (includes one towel set)
(towel set includes wash cloth, hand towel & bath towel)

What to Bring.
LINENS: Bring linens and pillowcases, pillows, blanket/bedspread are provided.
TOWELS: Bath towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and pool towels.
CHAIRS: Bring folding or sack chairs to take to the river. The chairs at the rental should not be removed from the property.
PAPER GOODS: Paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, plastic cups, plastic ware.
SOAP: Dishwashing, laundry and hygiene products
BBQ: There are BBQ cooking utensils, but remember to bring charcoal/lighter/matches.
Your kitchen is complete with dinnerware, silverware, glasses, basic cookware, coffee pot, microwave, pots & pans.
