The ocean views from Palms at Wailea #1005 are magnificent. Enjoy outside dining from a large wrap-around lanai with a private barbecue. This property has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, AC in the master bedroom and ceiling fans throughout. It has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room for additional guests. It can sleep up to 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

Wonderful condo!

The Palms is a perfect location. A short walk to the beach and approx 15 minute walk to The Shops in Wailea. This unit is very quiet, with a nice sized lanai with lots of afternoon sun, some ocean view and perfect for watching the sunset. The pool and hot tub are about a three minute walk but far away enough that we don’t hear any noise. The condo was very clean and well equipped. A great vacation for all ages .

Great condo!

This condo was perfect for me and my teenaged daughter. Beautiful views from the lanai, a few minutes walk fro the pool and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The property manager was also very quick to reply with any questions. We cant wait to come back!

Great Location and Comfortable Stay

We had a pleasant stay at this vacation property. The location is great, making it easy to access the beach and local amenities. We especially enjoyed the lanai for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. The beach gear provided was a nice touch! The unit could use some minor upgrades, such as improving the screens on the lanai doors and kitchen windows. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would stay here again.

Ocean view's & Whale sightings

The condo had incredible views from the spacious deck area, comfortable furniture outside is where we spent most of our time during our stay. The inside of the unit was large but dated, drapery was pretty dirty and needs cleaning! It had most everything one could want beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella's, snorkel sets, nice big and comfy bed in master . Lots of spices in the kitchen which was appreciated , good basic dishes etc. The view was the best part of this unit by far we could see the whales while sitting on the deck so bring your binoculars. note there is no bbq on the deck they have them scattered throughout the property. The management company was great.

The location is great for walkability to shops and the walking path along the beach. This unit was tidy, fairly well stocked but very worn and tired looking, in need of some updates. The view from the lanai is spectacular. We don't watch T.V. but were hoping to maybe watch a movie on Netflix(if it was even available) but there was no instructions on how to work the remotes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were on Maui for a family emergency and had to make last minute arrangements. This rental was a pleasant relief from the pressures of the day. It was warm (85-90F) and having the air conditioner in the bedroom was critical. Used fans everywhere else. The apartment was clean and all the appliances worked properly. The rental itself needs some TLC and updating for the bathroom fixtures and toilets. The windows in the kitchen are finicky to close and latch and the blinds need repair.
