About this property

Peaceful Mountain Retreat

This peaceful mountain retreat is located on an acre above town on the slope of majestic Mount Shasta. Close to hiking and biking trails. Semi open floor plan perfect for an extended vacation, working getaway, or bridge between here and there. Out in the country but only 5 minutes drive to town. 10 minutes to Lake Siskiyou and 20 minutes to the Ski Park. Come and enjoy your home away from home.

Fresh paint inside and out. Remodeled bathrooms, new bamboo flooring and new carpet in the bedrooms. Tile floor in kitchen, dining and entry.

Kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Lots of storage, breakfast bar with stools, fully open to dining room.

Dining room has a r dining set and side board.

Living room is semi open to dining room and features a wood stove with stone heath, 60" 4K Roku TV, couch and chairs.

Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed with complete bedroom set in primary bedroom. Bed linens, towels, etc are provided.

One bedroom is set up as an office with a desk and book shelf.

New mini-split HVAC system provides heat and AC. There is also a wood stove in the living room. (Some firewood onsite for your use. Additional firewood is not provided)

Rental includes half of an oversize two car garage with auto opener. Lots of onsite parking with room for an RV.

Two nice decks, one partially covered. Large yard with mature trees.
