Enjoy beautiful downtown Traverse City in this super cute, second-floor, two-level condo that sleeps six. Located just a couple of blocks from West Grand Traverse Bay and downtown Traverse City, this condo is close to everything.

The main floor of this two-level condo is bright and open concept with a living/dining area and a full bathroom. There is a balcony off the dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a private balcony.

This is a great location to enjoy everything in Traverse City. Walk to the downtown area for great local shopping or dining. Enjoy the National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival, and the West Grand Traverse Bay beaches. F&M Park is just across the street with a great playground and an ice rink in the winter.

Lovely condo! Excellent location. Condo was very clean, no odd smells. I appreciated the quality of the appliances and cookware. We loved the park across the street and how walkable it was to downtown. Visit Up North was great and would definitely use them in the future.

Everything was amazing. Walking to downtown was so convenient. Loved having 2 balconies, especially with one of the bedrooms having a king bed.We did wish that we had TV's in each room for when we all wanted to relax in private.Overall, 10/10!!

The mattresses sunk in the middle in one of the bedrooms. Also, there are not ant televisions in the bedrooms. Since of the four of us no one likes the same programs so it was disappointing. We were confused about all the steps also. My husband had a stroke and the steps were a little difficult for him. The room was welcoming and warm. Just wondering if the downstair apartments have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths

Had an amazing stay. Overall the place was clean (under bed needed a little more attention), but only noticed the last day when I dropped something. Great communication and location was near everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very Nice Place!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of room for 6, within walking distance of downtown with many bars and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.
