Chaplin Park is located 2 minutes away from our house and it has tennis courts, basketball courts, a beautiful playground for children, a dog park, and bike trails. In addition, Chaplin Park offers a second beach access with plenty of free parking. All less then 2 minutes walk from our house.

This Impressive 5 bedroom, 4 bathrooms near ocean home will be an unforgettable vacation retreat for the whole family! The spacious great room is breathtaking with its wood floors, high ceilings, & crown molding. The living room is complete with a fireplace (no gas hooked up) & a 56" Smart TV and DVR over the wood mantel-bring your Netflix or other account to watch thousands of movies, access Amazon, and many other websites. In addition, for your enjoyment, we have a beautiful leather sectional couch that seat seven people. Off the living area is the Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar for 4, granite counter-tops, cherry wood cabinets, a water filtration system in the kitchen sink, & Stainless Steel appliances. This Sunny great room also has a formal dining area with a handsome oriental rug and table that seats six. Additionally, you can enjoy the adjacent area complete with iron & glass dining table, great for game playing with the family or for enjoying your morning coffee. This house is professionally decorated and is the perfect setting for a memorable summer vacation or winter retreat.

The main floor master bedroom offers Tranquility in its decor with a queen sleigh bed, with flat panel TVs, and a large luxurious tiled bath. There is also a full service Laundry Room on the Main floor complete with a Washer and Dryer.

UPSTAIRS in the master bedroom, you'll be delighted to discover a striking king carved wood bed with flat panel TV. Open sliders to find a private balcony to enjoy the morning or afternoon breeze and finally the wonderful stone and marble master bath decked out with an over-sized spa tub and an over-sized tiled Shower with sitting area and sliding glass door! A very nice full bath is shared between the 3rd & 4th bedroom. Both bright & cheerful bedrooms have beautiful queen beds with flat panel TVs! The 5th bedroom is also complete with its own luxuries! You'll find a fine queen bed with flat panel TV and a gleaming, tiled separate hall bath!

There first level offers a full bathroom adjacent to the first level master suite and the second level offers three full bathrooms with a huge master bathroom suite.

Outside is a 9'x 22' private pool that is out in the sunshine not covered under the house, enclosed cedar outdoor shower with privacy to clean up when coming back from the beach and before enjoying your private swimming pool. Lovely private fenced backyard.

We have a full size table that seats 6 on the pool deck. In addition, there is a 3 person adult swing to relax while the kids enjoy the pool.

Additionally, we have a box of toys for kids to enjoy while they are at the house. One High Chair and a sleep and play will provide comfort for your little one.

Our Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart will allow you to carry less stuff when you stay with us.

*The beach, via Singleton Beach Road, is approximately a 3 minute bike ride over a beautiful expansive salt marsh with wild birds and crabs. Crabbing permitted at the small bridge. If crabbing is not for you, enjoy watching wild life on your way to the beach. Beach access is also available at the town's 70-acre Chaplin Park which is just a block away and offers the following amenities: basketball court, beach access, dog park, multipurpose field, outdoor showers, picnic pavilion, playground, restrooms, tennis court, biking and walking trails.

*** This enclave of homes offers golf cart shuttle service to and from the beach. The shuttle service is just a phone call away and runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day and is available 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The shuttle service does not run on Saturdays.

Crabline Court is a gated community located between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal. This area offers proximity to uncrowded warm Atlantic Ocean Beaches, restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment.

Bring your family small and medium size dogs for a non-refundable fee which is based on the number of dogs. No cats allowed due to owner allergies!

Our neighborhood is more convenient because it takes less time to get to the beach, restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. Our house is close to all the action without driving to get in and out of a large communities.

Hilton Head Island is a nature lover's paradise. You can enjoy watching Bald Eagles, Herons, Osprey, Red shouldered Hawks, Swan, and Egrets. Your family can also enjoy a tour of the Island in one of the many dolphin tours.

Hilton Head has earned an excellent reputation in several areas including golf, shopping, and beaches. This combination makes Hilton Head a great family destination where each member of the family can enjoy his or her own hobbies.
