From March 1st - October 31st -- each guest family booking our unit will receive TOTALLY FREE !!! -- daily beach chair service. This FREE service can save a guest family (staying one week during the SUMMER season) over $400. Our third floor, 1 Bed/1.5 Bath unit - SeaDuced - is the HIGHEST RATED VRBO VACATION RENTAL OF ANY VACATION RENTAL FOUND ANYWHERE ON NAVARRE BEACH AND DIRECTLY ON (AND FACING) THE GULF OF MEXICO !!! Comfortably sleeps six adults and for the convenience of all guests, the front door has an electronic keypad which allows our guests the freedom of going directly to the unit upon arrival eliminating the need to "check in" or ever need a key.

Professionally furnished and tastefully decorated our unit has a fully stocked kitchen including two coffee makers ("Mr. Coffee" style and "Keurig" style). In the great room is a large 55" HDTV with cable TV and free high speed internet throughout the unit. The bedroom is furnished with a king -size bed and a wall mounted TV/DVD combo. Included in the unit are two full size bunk beds (6'2" long) and a pull out sleeper sofa with the patented COZY MATTRESS SYSTEM featuring a 8" thick Queen size mattress for the most comfort possible. Our private balcony is equipped with a counter height "bistro" table and chair set for your early morning viewing of dolphins frolicking in the Gulf while you enjoy breakfast or a romantic sunset dinner. In addition to the "bistro" table and chair set you will find two additional counter height chairs (and small table) for stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico (binoculars provided) with its turquoise-blue ocean waters and sugar white shoreline dotted with golden brown sea oats. The Inn at Summerwind provides a peaceful and serene setting directly on the Gulf of Mexico and is situated next to the longest fishing pier on the Gulf Coast (over quarter mile long and thirty feet above the water). For extra peace of mind our unit is professionally managed (24/7) by Best Beach Getaways (an on site vacation rental office) located just two floors below our unit, in the lobby of The Inn at Summerwind building. As relaxing as you will find Summerwind you are still just a short drive to many of the top tourist attractions in Destin, Ft. Walton and Pensacola. Our unit - SeaDuced - is the most popular and most reviewed vacation rental of any Navarre Beach vacation rental directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The Inn at Summerwind (our building) is the CLOSEST vacation rental building to the LONGEST FISHING & WALKING PIER ON THE ENTIRE GULF OF MEXICO ! The pier (ADA accessible) is over a quarter of a mile long & 30 feet above the GULF ! Being the closest building to the pier provides very easy access not only to excellent fishing opportunities WITHOUT a fishing license (on pier only ) but easy access to stunning, amazing, spectacular & wonderful unobstructed ROMANTIC SUNSET VIEWS (see photos on this listing). Also located on the pier is Windjammers on the Pier with food, beer and mixed drinks served.
