Recently purchased and newly furnished about 2600 square feet executive style 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home perfect for those who want to pamper themselves. Our home is located in the 55+ community of Trilogy at Vistancia. It sits on the 8th hole and has its own pool for those that don't want to have to use the community pool. We have also provided two chaise lounge chairs, a firepit with patio couches and chairs, and a nice outdoor built in BBQ with bar stools for guests to use to keep the cook company. Our home faces West, which means the backyard always seems to be the perfect temperature.
Lanai fold away doors in the family room provide for a comfortable indoor/outdoor living situation when desired. The large chef's kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to make our house your home. The kitchen appliances include a large built in refrigerator, two ovens, 1 built in microwave, a warming drawer, a gas cooktop stove, and dishwasher. The kitchen includes a huge granite island that opens to the living area with smart TV and bar area with a cocktail table. Our house has 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, looks out over the backyard and golf course, and has its own large double bathroom (2 vanities, 2 toilets, 1 urinal, 1 shower and 1 bathtub) and his and hers walk in closets. The second bedroom also has a king size bed with smart TV. The third bedroom boasts a murphy bed (double), which doubles as a desk when retracted, perfect for a home office set up that can easily be converted into a bedroom when guests come to visit. The home has a large laundry room, which also has a desk area with a printer.
Our home has a water softener and filtration system, central vacuum, and electric shades both inside and outside. Guests are given the use of the entire house with the two car garage. The separate single car garage is for the owner's use for storage purposes.
All utilities are included up to $400/mo. (average utilities are $200/mo). The house has solar panels which work well to keep energy costs down significantly. Pool service is provided weekly and pest control is provided bi-monthly at no extra charge. All utilities, including Internet and wifi, are included. There is no cable set up.
Since the house is located in a 55 plus community, and it's located in Trilogy at Vistancia, at least one guest needs to be over 55 years of age. This 5 star championship golf community offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, a fully appointed workout facility including fitness classes, indoor lap pool (+sauna), spa with hair salon, massage, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, a recreation room, bocce ball courts, library, pool tables and ping pong tables, and more! Close to shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails. Beautiful grounds for walking and extensive bike paths. Approximately 30 minutes from MLB Spring Training facilities. Just one hour from Sedona and the Phoenix Airport.
For tenants leasing 91 days or more... the rental comes with the use of Trilogy's community facilities (pool, fitness center, etc.) when purchase a member ID card for $20
(please inquire in case rate has changed), will pay the member fee rate for fitness classes and golf, will receive guest access to My Trilogy Life (Trilogy's Intranet).
For tenants leasing 90 days or less... can purchase a guest pass to use Trilogy's community pool, the fitness center, other amenities and fitness classes. Prices can change, but are typically $5/day, $20/week, $80/month for adults. Children prices are different.
Fitness classes and golf prices are different than for those who lease for more than 90 days.
Renter will be required to sign a lease agreement acknowledging receipt of HOA Rules and CC&Rs.
