Decatur is the historic `village` neighborhood of Atlanta, with some of the best restaurants and shops in the city. A short drive to Emory University, not to mention Atlanta attractions like the MLK Jr. Center, the Atlanta Zoo, Georgia Aquarium, and Ponce City Market, Decatur truly has it all. Walk to Agnes Scott College or visit the oldest cemetery in Atlanta and stop by markers from the 1700s. Take a leafy walk down to nationally celebrated restaurants like Kimball House, you won`t be disappointed with this village experience within the big city.

The home is fairly walkable to either Oakhurst or downtown Decatur. Uber and Lyft are also super easy and Marta is not far either!

As with any city, you may hear noise occasionally from city life & nearby transit.

HOUSE RULES
Airbnb guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- No parties &|or events, glitter, tape, or confetti unless agreed up on prior to reservation.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense.
- Please no loud music or noise after 10 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
- Minimum age of 25 years old to book, members of party may be younger.

REMINDER
- Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.

OTHER
We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. The owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests. The owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental. By booking this rental, you agree to all the terms listed here.
