From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with The Flat Coat Cottage! The accommodations were wonderful and beautifully appointed. The location was so close to town that you could take a nice stroll into the village. The home was clean and cozy. We were supplied with everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be coming back. Being pet friendly was a definite plus!

We had a fantastic stay at this home - the house was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The layout was excellent and provided a comfortable space for everyone in our group. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and great sizes, and having bathrooms available for everyone was a huge plus. We also loved the convenience of the in-fridge filtered water and ice, and the A/C worked perfectly throughout our stay.We had a few minor things that came up during our trip but the owner responded quickly to resolve them.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home. It is a beautiful, comfortable, and well-designed property.

Perfect for our family of four. Both kids had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living room area was spacious. Located on a quiet road but only one - two blocks from the main Southern Pines commercial area.

Cottage in Southern Pines

This home is charming, clean and very comfortable. The beds were so comfortable too! We enjoyed the short walk into town and the walking trails nearby.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Their property was warm, inviting and clean! We celebrated a post Thanksgiving dinner with our son and another soldier stationed at Ft Bragg. Southern Pines Palace

We could not have chosen a better place to stay. The house was perfect in every way and the location to restaurants and the town of Southern Pines was perfect. Sitting on the front porch at night was a true highlight of the trip. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
