Incredible experience from start to finish. All the little details make a big difference. Very well thought out and well laid out. Everything you could need is there and exactly where you would expect to find it. They make a clear effort to ensure their guests feel welcomed. Super happy with our time at the cottage and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful spot for a getaway

We stayed at Gecieve Opinicon for a weekend in late April, the weather didn’t cooperate but the little cottage and property were perfectly set up for comfort, rain or shine. We had a fantastic time. Everything that you could possibly need was provided by the amazing host. We can’t wait to book again! Highly recommend this property.

Perfect weekend reunion

Myself and 3 of my girlfriends from high school got together for a weekend. Everything at the cottage was wonderful, a friendly check in with a beautiful treat basket, the kitchen had all needed cooking supplies. Towels, bedding and spare blankets were clean and comfy. The hottub, firepit and kayaks provided lots of fun. We will book again, this was more than a 5 star cottage experience :)

Beautiful Week Away

My wife and I spent a wonderful week in September at the Gecieve Opinicon. The cottage is clean and well-appointed with all you need for your stay. There is an incredible view of the water from the property including the sun room and bedroom. We spent many hours on the clear water in the kayaks with plenty of wildlife to see. The stars were beautiful! There is a perfect outdoor area to relax with café lights, a picnic table and a jacuzzi. Our hosts, Alison and David, were very kind and quickly helped with any issues we had.
