Newly furnished and remodeled loft in The Baca District Santa Fe Railyard. This pristine clean Loft is fully equipped with new amenities (furniture, shower, W/D, TV, etc) to make your Santa Fe stay one that you have been dreaming of. Loft has high speed internet, a Kitchenet with a Hotplate, complimentary coffee, 2 bikes, and free parking. More importantly, whether it’s hot or cold, you’ll stay comfortable with the heating and cooling AC!
The loft is perfectly located. You can walk to Art Galleries, Grocery Stores (Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Santa Fe Farmers Market), and Restaurants. If you want to go to the Plaza, you can take the trail and walk or bike directly to the New Underpass Acequia trail and get into downtown in 15 minutes (or 7 min drive).
Other things to note
The Baca Railyard District area is a business area; therefore, the use of machinery can cause some noise during the business hours. There is no smoking in the loft; please go outside. Thank you.
