Great location. Easy beach access. Well stocked. Good communication with host. Parking sufficient for 2 small or mid-size cars, but for larger SUVs or trucks, really only space for one without crowding the carport. Great place though!

We would also like to clarify the parking situation for future guests. The city permit for our property is issued only after confirming that parking for twovehicles is available. We usually have no trouble parking a minivan and a full-size SUV without any issues, and all our guests have successfully parked multiple vehicles during their stay. Communication from the start was excellent and we were lucky enough to meet Olga and Len upon arrival! Beach access was great and the beach was way less crowded than down toward heart of VA beach but enough people around you still felt safe. The beach house was exactly how described and very nice! Would definitely recommend this house! No issues at all during our stay!. The wagon was so helpful for hauling items to the beach and is included with the items provided. We didn't have to bring ours. How's the stocked with any and all items that you would need. We also we're very appreciative of the option to rent sheets and towels, made things so much easier!

Very uptodate appliances and furniture. short walk to the beach. beds were very comfortable and the garage was great for bikes and water stuff. Had a really nice time. Just a little tough getting out on the road from the parking area but overall a really nice stay.

Great Stay!

Everything was just as described. The location is perfect. With young kids we really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, toys, etc. the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Planning to come again next year!

Beautiful property, great amenities, amazing owner

This property was more beautiful that I had imagined. Was perfect for our big family, and the closeness to the beach was amazing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, even at random tomes throughout the day with questions we had. The house was pristine and quiet, we had such a great time. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back

We had a great time. Great location, plenty of space for our group. Grill and kitchen were great to grill n chill. Beach very close by, lots of gear, including a beach cart in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay. Olga was very responsive before and during our stay.

Our first impression was that the house was clean, organized, and thoughtfully put together. For example, there were abundant dishes, silverware, cleaning products, cookware, and spices handy. The WiFi was no problem as well. Additionally, we appreciated the beach chairs (many!) and boogie boards so that we didn’t have to pack those bulky items.

Awesome Stay

The hosts thought of everything in this house. The house was very clean and everything has been updated. Great space for sharing time with family. Safe and easy access to the beach. The beach was quiet and peaceful and wasn’t busy (the first week of June). The hosts were very accessible and responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend staying here.

Quick walk to beach

The house was nice and had everything we needed to cook and for the beach. It was a short easy walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance even though you are a little off of the boardwalk. We had a great week and enjoyed the space. Only minor complaints were the first floor bathroom was a little tight to open the doors and water pressure was low.

Great family vacation!

We loved the spacious house! Kitchen is well stocked and organized for cooking. We bought our own beach equipment but really did not need to. A beach wagon was there to use. Olga answered questions quickly. Tropical Storm Debby diminished the time we spent on the beach so we really enjoyed spending time in the house.

Very Nice and Welcoming Home!

This is a beautifully remodeled residence and included a welcome gift that set a lovely tone for the entire week. The walk to the beach was easy, and I highly recommend heading north for restaurants and fish markets. Some hooks or a clothesline on the balconies would have made it easier to dry towels and bathing suits. Additionally, the children's room wasn't comfortable for an adult, but fine for kids. Olga was very easy to deal with and responded quickly when needed.

Fun time

Their place was very well kept. Had some issues with the fridge kinda smelling bad at first and the kitchen light didn't work. But it's understandable they didn't want to come fix anything as we have a pandemic right now. Wish there was some way to stream other services besides Netflix, but again not a huge issue. Would definitely stay here again as access to the beach was perfect.

Wonderful family vacation

Seashore Delight was a perfect vacation for our family. We had kids ranging in ages from 5 to 16 and they all enjoyed the lovely home, it's amenities and the close proximity to the beach. It was especially important that we didn't have to cross a major street to arrive at the beach since we had several little ones. Olga was incredibly gracious and easy to work with and very helpful in her suggestions. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our own private space as well as a great communal area to play card, games, watch movies and have meals together. The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family vacation. The upstairs bathroom has 2 showers in it so the kids could all get cleaned without having to wait too long, the downstairs full bath also had great water power and plenty of hot water. The outside showers were very useful to get all the sand off the little ones before we entered the house. We grilled out several nights and enjoyed the 2 patios. The master bedroom upstairs (which has a fold out couch full size bed) on the top floor shares a deck with the full/twin bunk room and all the rooms were fully stocked with extra blankets and pillows. The boogie boards, skim boards and beach umbrellas in the garage were an additional wonderful perk! Thanks thanks thanks Olga for a great vacation!
