Really lovely views from this condo, which was very clean and comfortable for our weeklong stay. Centrally located and quiet, which worked well for this mother-daughter trip and first visit to OBX. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Great spot right in the beach. The condo was clean and as described. The common areas outside could have used some attention.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sweet Southern Pearl! The host was extremely communicative, check in and check out were a breeze, and the place was spotless and comfortable. The view of the beach was gorgeous and my son loved that one of the pools was right outside of our door! We will definitely be back.

Amy was attentive in the fact that she stayed in touch with us during the pre-check in process, and during our stay. Our first morning, she messaged a list of places in which we could find breakfast. For those who have not had the pleasure of staying in the Outer Banks, it would be most helpful, and for us who have been in the OBX many times, it was helpful as well! The condo was clean, with even a new shower liner in the master bath. The ocean and beach view? Absolutely beautiful!

It was a beautiful two bedroom condo on the beach just as explained. We had a fabulous time. My only recommendation would be for a key pad entry. It would just feel safer than the key pick up process.
