Winnie Waterfront - Beautiful Lakefront Home!!! sandy water, Close to Gunstock!!
Can't beat the lakefront location! Beautiful waterfront property with shallow entry, sandy water, and dock. Close to skiing in the winter with a 20 minute drive to Gunstock as well!
This is our second home and we use it often so it is fully stocked with everything you could want. Kitchen is fully loaded with All-Clad cookware, Wustof knives and any other item you might need. We have 3 young children so it is ready for groups of adults as well as family trips.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Four bedrooms with two living rooms plus a finished walk-out basement with pool table and wet bar.
- Living room, Kitchen, and primary bedroom on the top floor.
- 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, 2nd living room and kitchenette all on 2nd floor.
- Pool table room, wet bar, game table, and seating area with tv all on lower level.
Guests have access to the entire house and property except for an owners closet and utility room.
Note: During the summer there will likely be the owners boat docked on one side of the dock.
Items that are available to use include:
- Fully Loaded Kitchen
- All Linens including beach towels
- Board games
- Legos, Magna-Tiles, and other kids toys
- 2 pack and plays with sheets
- 2 Sound Machines
- 1 Highchair
- 2 Baby Monitors (sound only)

Our family lives near Boston, MA and visits Lake Winnipesaukee often. We enjoy using every part of the lake house area including swimming, boating, and skiing. Alton Bay, Wolfeboro and Meredith are some of our favorite towns to explore with plenty of great restaurants, cute shops, and of course wonderful ice cream.
