Property very clean, being older it was a disappointment the house was more than one block like the listing mentioned. Very windy weekend. Very friendly place. No view of the beach was not expected but ok.

Response from VrboOwner on 28 May 2024
Our house is a “renovated and updated vintage beach house” as advertised in the listing. The entire place was remodeled in January 2024. With regard to distance, our house is .1 mile from the beach. There is no advertised view of the beach.
About the host
Hosted by Marie
I grew up on the east coast and I feel at home breathing in the salt air and being by the sea. Galveston brings me back to my roots. I love sharing our place with others, so that they can make memories and share in the joy Hasta la Vista brings our family.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is the original West End neighborhood! Back when there was nothing built but the main part of the island, Palm Beach was just a handful of hunting and fishing camps. Our home is one of the originals; we traced it back to 1954.
What makes this property unique
The place is warm and welcoming. It is close to the beach and offers a nice respite from the chaos. The charm and history of it are what make it so special.
