The apartment was so perfectly located for us! Centrally located with a bus right outside the front door. It was comfortable and clean. I loved the neighborhood, everything was totally walkable and I felt completely safe. Would stay there again!

This is a quintessential Parisian apartment in a great location. Would stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Conveniently located at a bus stop and great Latin quarter restaurants.
The apartment was great, and just what we needed! Plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 adults, 6 month old baby and 3.5 year old), close to public transportation, Luxembourg garden, and good restaurants and shops. Everything was clean and well kept. Steven was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, and even fixed a fan for us during our stay (necessary during the heat wave!). I highly recommend.
My sister and I loved our stay here in this spacious apartment with old world charm near rue Mouffetard and Le Jardin du Luxembourg. The manager is attentive and has thought of everything. The process for arrival and departure is simple. The « how to » book for the rental is very clear and thorough.
Excellent location for our needs, lovely, spotless apartment and building, with everything we could have needed and more. Area was great too, close to train stations, restaurants, boulangerie and all amenities. Booking process and stay was excellent. Highly recommend!!!

Ideally located in central Paris- everything needed for a comfortable stay .
Comfortable beds with quality linens & towels. Kitchen well-equipped, though we didn’t really cook. Bus stop at the front door, metro stations just a short walk, many museums/ sites within walking distance.
Great size for our family of 4. Quiet and comfortable. Good location if you like to feel like a local :). Very easy to get around on nearby public transport. Excellent communication by the hosts.
We loved our stay at the Le Latin apartment. It was a great location to explore Paris, with close public transportation and many stores within walking distance. The flat was well stocked and had nice extras like plug-in adaptors and many travel books on Paris. We felt spoiled when we could look out the window and see the Eiffel Tower at the end of our beautiful street
Traditional feeling Paris apartment in a great area, really easy to reach the sites but also felt like a 'proper' neighborhood. Communication was excellent
Great place on the left bank, quiet yet close to all the best paris has to offer
Great value in a classic parisian building in a eonderful latin quarter neighborhood. Really loved how quiet it was but some great dining and nightlife just a few streets away and the subway down the block to open up all Paris has to offer. Was great for two adults and two kids. Would definitely stay again. GREAT Proactive communication from hosts.
My wife, daughter and granddaughter spend a wonderful week in this beautiful large apartment. High ceiling and a spacious kitchen added to it's comfort. We were near a great market street that we enjoyed roaming and buying fresh fruit, vegtables, fresh meat and fish that couldn't be better. Highly recommend. Richard 8/27/23.

Fabulous apartment !
I stayed with my family visiting from Australia at this gorgeous apartment last Christmas, and it was truly delightful !
Beautiful decor and furnishings, comfortable and spacious, and in a lovely "posh" area of Paris close to transport and interesting landmarks
Not wanting to "rough it" in a tiny but expensive hotel room, my sisters and I think the apartment was worth every penny given the size and amenities available, and we would highly recommend it.
This classic French apartment is comfortable, spacious and quiet. There is a large salon (living room), kitchen with dining table and dishwasher, washer and dryer, two bedrooms, a water closet and a washroom with a tub/ shower and two sinks. It is 5 minutes from a Metro stop and the Rue de Mouffetard. Lots of shops and cafés nearby. Easy walk to Jardin des Plantes, Jardin de Luxembourg and other historic sights. Highly recommend this apartment!
We enjoyed our stay in Paris from this little spot. Walkable to lots of places and walkable to metro stations when needing to go farther away. A great boulongarie just down the street we ordered fresh bread from every morning. Beds were very comfortable and water was nice and hot. It is a very classic Paris flat. The washer and dryer were perfect to clean clothes and there was also a drying rack. We did not cook while there, but the kitchen had everything for cooking. Great stay.

A week in Paris
This was a charming property in the Latin Quarter that has seen better days from a condition POV. What we liked, the neighborhood, the ease of transportation across the entire city, the elevator for the building, and the layout and bones of the apartment unit itself. What we did not like was the cleanliness of the unit, and the condition of many of the appliances and furnishings. There is also considerable street noise as this is a unit on a busy city street. The checking process was easy to execute, and the owner was easy to communicate with.

We really appreciate Greg's feedback. He contacted us directly after his departure and mentioned some of the challenges he had with the French appliances, in the fully equipped kitchen, and that he found some cleaning issues. We were disappointed that he never contacted us during his stay, despite our invitation to do so, and that he never allowed us instruct him on the appliances, nor rectify any cleaning oversight. His response: I am sorry that I did not give you a chance to address our issues, in hindsight that was a mistake on my part. He also said, Thanks again for your support and sharing the place with us. We thank him for his feedback, his support, and for staying with us!
This apartment was true to its pictures. Neighborhood was quiet and the shop downstairs was excellent for things you needed like water and supplies. I only wished there was a little welcome pamphlet to kinda explain how some things worked. Overall, it was a cozy place and we really enjoyed our first Parisian stay in a flat. It had easy access to the buses and lines 21 and 27 take you to most of the famous sites in France. Merci and much thanks for the opportunity to stay in this flat.

Dear Jennifer,
Thank you again for staying with us, and for your positive commentary about Le Latin apartment!
We're disappointed that we couldn't reach you during your stay, to be able to help you locate the detailed guide book that's always in the salon, on the marble fireplace. We tried to contact you via email, and made several calls but to no avail.
In any case, so glad you enjoyed your Paris adventure, and we hope to host you and your family again soon!
Kind regards, Steven & Veronica
The apartment was beautiful. Classic French design, decor and location. We were here on a short stay and the apartment had everything needed from the layout to location. Close to local restaurants, parks and a street market that had fresh vegetables and fruit all within walking distance. There’s a great bakery across the street and a very quaint Asian restaurant nearby. The host Steven and Aaron communicated with us and responded quickly when we had questions. If you’re looking for an excellent place look no further this is it. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay while in Paris. When we return next year we will book here again. Thank you Steven and Aaron
We loved our stay at Le Latin! We had a little confusion on check in but Steven responded to our call immediately and was very accommodating. The apartment is just as advertised - elegant, charming, comfortable...and very spacious! It worked great for our family of four. The kitchen is excellent and it was nice to have a comfortable livingroom where we could all relax (even has a washer and dryer if you're at that point in your trip, which we were). It's a busy street but we weren't bothered by any noise. If you're comfortable walking a bit to get to the sites or jumping on a bus (or metro ~6 min walk) this spot is perfect. Would definitely return - thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Paris!
My family (wife + kids age 8 & 9) were visiting Paris for the first time and we wanted a Parisian apartment for a locals experience. This apartment was exactly what we were looking for. We would wake up early and go to the local market for breakfast. Then we could walk to the parks and sites. Our flight arrived early and the owner was gracious enough to accommodate and not charge us continual fees. The owner even brought additional umbrellas to us when the forecast was rainy. Communication was excellent and quick. There wasn't egregious checkout procedures like many other VRBOs either. Kudos for the apartment and I wish you continued success.
This is an excellent property. Well maintained and clean. It was perfect for my family of four. The flat has great character with some vintage furniture that adds to the charm but is functional at the same time. There were nice touches when we arrived. Each guest had there small bottle of shower gel and soap. There was even a very good quality shower gel in the bathroom. The flat is walking distance to the bustling rue de Mouffatard area full of restaurants. There is a bus stop right outside the door as well as a small convenience store downstairs. The owners were very helpful and responded to my questions very quickly. Overall an excellent property.

Wish it had been better
The apartment was listed as elegant and charming and the photos depicted this. When we arrived, however, we found a living room with a sagging, shabby sofa, stained and scratched tables, cheap and flimsy lamps, and a rug without a rug pad that slipped all over the room. In the kitchen were dead plants and dirty cookware. On the positive side, the apartment had a dishwasher, washer, and dryer which were very convenient. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was fine—a few blocks from Rue Mouffetard and a metro stop. The two bedrooms might work for a family. Best of all, Steven, the property manager, was terrific. Immediately responsive to every request, friendly, and helpful. The apartment was more expensive than several others we considered; ; we rented it because it looked worth the money. It isn’t. At half the price, perhaps.
Our stay here was superb. The place is as advertised and great location to the Rue Mouffetard market which we visited often. The walk to the metro is not far and a bus stop is right outside which we used daily as it takes you anywhere in Paris. This place is in a quiet part of town, away from the super active Eiffel Tower area where you can sit at a cafe and enjoy your time. The owner has left a book with directions for everything from a bus pass to working the items in the home. Everything you will need is here for an enjoyable stay.
A few negatives. Even though as advertised, did not notice until on site; the fact that the toilet/water closet does not have a sink. Have to walk to another room to wash your hands. Would like one more seat in the living space for a family of 4 to sit comfortably. Other than these 2 minor things the place is perfect!
