Lots of charm. Location is great. It’s small but furnished nicely with lots of amenities. Beautiful view from deck. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside and grilling. Great for our small pet. Enjoyed an evening in the hot tub. Clubhouse nice. Walk around area is easy and nice.

Our stay was amazing! Between the cooler weather and the cabin having all the things for a convenient and cozy stay, we have enjoyed ourselves and hope to book again next year. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, etc. Location is perfect for all the trails and downtown Breckinridge. The pool, hot tub, and laundry are a sweet addition.

It is in a little village of smaller sized cabins. This one backs up to the river with anenclosed porch out back. Had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy and charming for 2.

The property was wonderful! It was nice and clean with great views of the river from the back deck. It was nicely located between Breckenridge and Frisco, and pet-friendly for our dog, and we loved having the grill available. Although we didn't use the clubhouse, it was nice to know that there was a pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. Communication with the host was quick, and we would definitely stay here again!

Breckenridge Stay

Really cute cabin, directions to get in were great and all the people we met were very friendly. Would stay again if I could change one thing it would be adding easy river access but overall beautiful place.

We’re so happy you enjoyed your stay thank you for the suggestion. We’ll see what we can do about river access. However, the county is very sensitive to anything that disrupts the natural ecosystem.

This property was a cute weekend getaway. Our only challenge was that the primary bedroom didn't have curtains on the top windows, so we got up at 6 am with the sun. Winter visits are probably easier to sleep in.Very easily accessible, and the host was helpful and accommodating.
