We are so happy you enjoyed the convenience of being in the heart of downtown Boone and were able to walk around town and campus. Thank you and take care, Denise
Excellent check-in process. Excellent communication with host. This is an older house but furnishings are clean and comfortable. Kitchen supplies were minimal but we had everything we needed for our one night stay. Yes, I would rent this house again.

A really great location. Convenient to most everything in town. Just need to be prepared since you’re staying late on Main Street that there is quite a bit of traffic and noise.

We are so happy you enjoyed your stay in the heart of downtown Boone . It sure is convenient to be able to simply walk to all that the town has to offer. Take care and thank you, Denise
Excellent location! The house is adorable. Getting in and out of parking is pretty tight when there are multiple cars using the spots, but the location is so great you can get to a lot of great shops, restaurants, and campus on foot.

Thank you . It is a perk to be able to park for free in downtown Boone in our lot. We are happy you had a good stay and appreciated the convenience of walking to all that the town has to offer. We hope you choose to return. Take care, Denise
This is a very cute home and convenient to Boone. Walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. It sits right on King Street so traffic is a bit noisy. That is the trade off for being downtown. The home was relatively clean, but there was some pet hair that was apparently missed in the previous cleaning. Showers in both bathrooms were uncomfortably small, but other than that, allwas good. We enjoyed being downtown and the home suited our needs.

The house location was ideal for our stay to see our daughter. The house is cozy and clean. Denise is easy to work with, communicates well, and even went the extra mile to help me with a personal issue.
