Relax and enjoy while lounging on a hammock and soaking in the tranquil lake view of our. This spacious 3BR/2Bath house offers convenient access to the National Aviation Museum (12-minute drive) and downtown Pensacola (15-minute drive). If your plans include soaking in the Florida sun, you will be close to several of our pristine beaches. Beach towels, a cooler and beach bag are provided for your use. Enjoy amenities like free WiFi (100 Mbps), parking, washer, dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen essentials as well as many other extras that will make you feel right at home during your stay. There's also an additional parking spot for a trailer, RV, or boat.

From late Spring through Fall, you'll have the chance to witness the Blue Angels practicing their maneuvers from the patio on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

You will be just 2 minutes away from grocery stores (Walmart, Aldi, Target)

This home is so cozy. Everything was as represented and in some cases better. The lanai and view over the pond was so beautiful. Very comfortable home. Will definitely select again when in that area.

Relaxation

This rental was awesome. It was beautiful, well stocked, serene setting and close to restaurants and shopping. We needed relaxation and a quiet place to rejuvenate. We spent most of the time watching wildlife by the lake sitting on the lanai. The host was most helpful and a "great host". We hope to return next year.

Home away from home

I was hosted by Samuel during the entire month of March.The property is in a quiet subdivision close to shopping, a few miles from the Navy Air Museum and 15 minutes from Johnson Beach. The home was nicely appointed with everything one would need. A large screen in porch overlooks a retention pond supporting a variety of ducks and birds. The home is bright with large windows facing south and north and an open living space. Samuel was always available to answer questions. I was quite impressed and would definitely stay again in the future.

I’m from Korea and stayed at Samuel’s home for a month while my husband attended training at NAS Pensacola. I looked at many places, but Samuel’s home was the best choice! The house was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. We felt very comfortable and made great memories during our stay. Samuel was always kind and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Some of the things I especially loved were: • The peaceful mornings on the terrace hammock • The well-equipped kitchen for cooking • The convenient location (only 15 minutes to NAS) • The quick and kind communication from the host • The availability of beach gear • The beautiful and clean home Thanks to Samuel’s home, our time in the U.S. was perfect. Don’t hesitate to book this place — highly recommended!

Very nice home

We came to Pensacola for the Blue Angels Homecoming. The house is close to the base, which was excellent. It is also convenient to other areas of interest to visitors. The home is clean. They have a good supply of items in the pantry as well as a nice coffee pot and hot water pitcher for our tea drinkers. We very much appreciated that! Wish we could have stayed long enough to light a fire in the firepit. The screened in porch and back yard face a really pretty view. We will have to come again to do that. Samuel was a great host. Quick to respond to questions. Easy check-in and check-out processes. Thanks for hosting us!
