We had a great time at this property. A great escape from the strip in a safe area. The pool was a refreshing escape from the heat and the house was large enough for us to relax in the evening. Would recommend to anyone visiting Summerlin

Holiday Weekend

We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend at the Luxury Villa. The location, a quiet neighborhood near major roads, made travel to and from activities easy. The villa was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with thoughtful touches. Communication with the host was fabulous. Our questions were answered promptly and they were extremely accommodating. We would stay there again!

This home is beautiful and well maintained. It has everything you need and then some. Super spacious and just a short drive to the strip. It was perfect. America was an amazing host. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Vegas. 😊

We had an amazing time at this property! The home was spotless and incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy our stay. The pool was fantastic – clean, well-maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, making it a great place to unwind in peace. Our host was exceptional – very responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this place. Check-in was easy. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. Wonderful access to stores and the highway.The downside was that the property smelled of smoke, even though signs were posted about no smoking. The hot tub did not work, and I wish this had been relayed to us prior to booking. The pros outweighed the cons.

This house is very nice, spacious, clean, well equipped, according to the description. The pool is nice, large, cooling, suitable for swimming. The area is easily accessible, yet quiet and secure. Easy contactless access, we have received all the information. The host was very helpfully! Absolute 5!

Family Trip to Vegas

Family of 5 stay over NYE. Master bed was comfortable and showers had great water pressure.We were disappointed there wasn't a hot tub as the description in vrbo listed and the first floor wasn't comfortable for lounging or watching tv as a family. As a mama of teens, I was super bummed since it forced us to relax separately in our rooms.
