This stunning 4-bedroom, 4 bath home features a loft bonus room and can comfortably sleep 13. You're also 2.5 miles from Broadway, and a quick 10-15 Uber ride away from all the action in Nashville: Downtown, 12 South, The Gulch, Germantown, and more!

Truly this place saved our family getaway! We had underbooked at an overpriced hotel and would have ended up with 12 ppl in 3 small rooms - this house was amazing, the neighborhood was so fun (and delicious), and ubers were plentiful. I'd definitely look here first when I'm back in Nashville with a group!

Perfect! Just what we were looking for!

This place was great! There were 11 of us, we had plenty of space! No complaints from the whole group. No trouble parking, place was nicer than the photos, very clean & well maintained. Good location, 5-10 minutes from everything. Hosts were responsive & accommodating of the few requests we had. Checkout list was very easy! Already recommended to others.

Weekend in Nashville

Each year we come to Nashville for our friends Anniversary and stay in a hotel by the Opry. This year we wanted to stay in a rental home so we could eat and visit while not out in a public setting. We found the perfect location this year!! This home is beautiful and spacious. It was also located near several local hot spots and great restaurants. The downtown area was a short drive down the road and the ride sharing costs were minimal. Thanks again for opening your home to us!!
