This beautiful custom 4-bedroom plus loft, 2.5 bath lakefront home sits directly on Schroon Lake with 100 feet of private sandy beach, dock, and some of the most spectacular southwest-facing sunset views in the Adirondacks. The open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, and wall-to-wall windows fill the home with natural light and bring the lake right inside.

Gather together in the great room, cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, dine together at a table that seats up to 10, then spill out onto the wraparound deck or screened-in porch for bug-free evenings under the stars. Two kayaks are ready for the water. Gore Mountain is 25 minutes away for skiing. Hiking trails are just down the road.

The location of this home is close to it all. 2 miles to ice cream. No more than 10 minutes to the Town of Schroon Lake. And about 10 minutes to Chestertown and no more than 30 minutes to Gore Mountain. The Adirondack Store + Gallery is only 3 miles away for some quick basic groceries, their gifts or their delicious cafe. Everything is at your fingertips!

It is close enough but off the beaten path allowing for a quiet getaway in the mountains. You'll most likely see deer on the property and maybe a cute Marten!

NOTE: During the summer months: mid June, July, August and the first 2 weeks of September, we require a 7 day minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. We also require a 7 day minimum stay for Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years. These dates are flexible. All other times of year we have a 3 day minimum.
