This private luxury townhouse offers a seamless blend of modern amenities and Hawaiian charm. The kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cookware and dishes - there are even thoughtful extras like a waffle maker, panini press, rice cooker, and plug-in griddle. The dining options are versatile, with bar seating, indoor dining, and outdoor dining, allowing your group to enjoy meals in a variety of spaces.
The main lanai features a large stainless steel BBQ grill, gas burner, mini fridge, dining table that seats six, and comfy additional seating for five. The view is of the putting green, conveniently located next door to the home.
This townhouse sleeps 10 but offers plenty of privacy with the second master bedroom located on the main floor with its own en suite. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with private lanai space.

The Neighborhood: KaMilo is a walkable upscale community of larger units. The two-acre amenities center has a family pool, a lap pool, two hot tubs, gym - and right next to this home is a putting green.
Stay in this luxury townhouse includes a Club Card that gives access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club beach bay is protected and has cabanas and recliners available on a first come basis. Napua, an upscale restaurant and bar located right by the sandy beach.
The beautiful beach at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel beach is less than a mile away. There is also a trail that leads over to Puako.
Getting Around: The Big Island has much to see and do and it is highly advised that Guests rent a car to take advantage of the many things this island has to offer. Hawaii Island does not have abundant public transportation, so renting a car is best. However, if you do not drive you may consider hiring a charter tour, driver, or Uber.
Other Things to Note: Provided in the unit as a courtesy are scent-free laundry detergent, toilet paper, a couple of rolls of paper towels, shampoo, body soap, and liquid hand soap.

Stunning, spacious, luxurious accommodations with every amenity you could ask for. Fully equipped kitchen and everything you need for the beach( chairs, umbrellas, wagon, noodles,towels etc.) as well as bikes for our use. Awesome mountain views from the Lanai and the complex is georgeously landscaped. Management easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great trip and experience during our stay. The house and amenities are wonderful for adults and small kids alike. The house was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals, relax and be very comfortable. Communication with our host was awesome and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip.

Friends had recommended this neighborhood and our stay was fantastic. Home was well equipped, all the beach gear made it great for exploring different beaches without needing rentals (boogie boards, snorkel, cooler, Beach wagon, beach toys). Good location was an easy walk to main pool area. Beach club was great for kids. Management company was professional and very responsive, very smooth check on/out process.

Super clean and lots of space. Many outdoor spaces with sun and shade. Very close to the beach for walks and sunsets. The pools have something for everyone and the neighborhood is great for walking. Tons of equipment for the beach plus 4 very nice bikes. We loved it!

This property is a wonderfully appointed unit in a beautiful community. It’s walking distance to the Mauna Lani shops which made for beautiful evening walks. We had a great time riding the bikes around the beautiful properties adjacent to the unit.
Ths host/hostess team were very responsive before our arrival and throughout our stay. We couldn’t ask for anything more. My family would most definitely stay here again.

We had a group of 10 stay here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The layout of the house was conducive to privacy for the bedrooms, and had a wonderful open concept kitchen, dining and living area with an outdoor lanai. It is right on a putting green which was fun for the kids to put at. Putters and golf balls were found in the garage along with multiple other fun toys and bikes for us to use.
I have stayed in many rental properties over the years. Most live up to their descriptions and pictures although never exactly as described. This condo was exactly as described and actually better than the pictures! It was clean, well stocked and all appliances and the grill were immaculate as well. There were bikes to enjoy in good working order and lots of beach equipment to have fun with.The property managers were so easy to work with and responded so quickly to any questions I had. I will book this unit again with no hesitation.
