The house was perfect for our ‘girls’ weekend. Everything was clean and in good condition. I don’t say this lightly as we had 5 mature women - they would judge given any opportunity. Andrea was super responsive as we checked in. The bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms in great condition (recently remolded). We had great weather- so were able to use the outdoor seating areas in the front and back. Neighborhood was pleasant- neighbors were amazing - one came over to tell us we left the trunk open on our car. Another neighbor offered to move his vehicle from the front of the property - totally unnecessary as there was gobs of parking on the side of the house. We had 3 vehicles- could have had 5 easily. Location is amazing. Everything is walkable - but if you prefer to drive - it’s a very friendly city for that too. I highly recommend Andrea and this property

Location was perfect for us with a team event at Allegiant Stadium all weekend. House is huge with 3 big bedrooms and 2 more in basement. Two full size showers and bathrooms worked out great for 5 adults. Plenty of resteraunts nearby and we were able to walk everywhere. Took Uber to airport for 25 range. Would definitely recommend staying here if in Cedar Falls. Would definitely recomend staying here.

Good communication by host. Easy to navigate, walk to places. It is a practical house and comfortable. Each room was spacious and the dining area was great for big family meals and games. I appreciated the labeling of the lights. The downstairs was quite a bit colder than the upstairs. It really needs some cleaning so removed what could have been a five star: fan blades throughout, kitchen counters and drawers need some tending.

We had a great time. The space was great for our large group of 10. They had great “extras” coffee, bottled water.We did share concerns with the owners about some minor cleaning issues and some things that were not working.

Everything was as described online, great communication with the host prior and during the stay. Worked perfect for a 3 day work trip with a colleague and my dog - fenced in yard was great! Weather wasn’t the best to enjoy the backyard seating and fire pit but what a great accommodation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The home was absolutely perfect for our families. We stayed in the home to move our daughters into college and our hosts were wonderful. The home was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for the week. We will stay in the home again as we plan many trips Back to Iowa.

This house was extremely clean and very accommodating for my family during our stay in Cedar Rapids for a family wedding. It was a very convenient drive to the venue and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of with a very fast response every time. Andrea was great! Accommodated our unique needs and helped us find some needed resources in the Cedar Rapids area. Lots of nice space for a big group! Bathrooms were very clean and there were tons of towels!The kitchen is a nice size and very clean - pots and pans not so great. We were excited for the back yard but it was too hot to use the fire pit or outdoor table. It was ok though because the yard needed attention and the grass hadn't been mowed. Overall, this property worked great for our family. My rating would increase to a 5 with some quality updates and more attention to details.

Exactly what we needed

We came up to Cedar Rapids to watch our daughter play in the National Junior College volleyball tournament. Needed a place to accomodate my wife and i, our younger daughter, my brother and my dad. The house worked perfect for us! My daughter especially liked having her own "apartment" in the basement. We were close enough to walk to Aliant Powerhouse and had plenty of food options right there close in downtown area! Communication was great with the owners and they answered all our questions and gave us some recommendations. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!
