Tilted Rooster Ranch Guesthouse - 5 Minutes from Airport & 10 From Downtown

Relax & unwind in this beautiful country setting in the heart of sweetcorn country. Just 5 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes from downtown. This quaint little guest house is completely separate from the main home on the property and you can take in gorgeous Colorado sunrises and sunsets as you sit out in the front yard. There is a queen size bed in the main living area and a twin bed in a separate smaller room, a small kitchen that has a breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner stove top, toaster and coffee maker. One bathroom with a shower. No pets and no smoking allowed. The property is surrounded by cornfields across from the home and a beautiful pasture right next door that has a few horses. Plenty of parking is available in front of the guest home (including room for a trailer in case you are pulling one). Gorgeous mountain views and easy, quick access to downtown. There is a comfy loveseat and television, and high speed Wi-Fi is available.

Absolutely wonderful guest house! Very clean, comfortable bed, sofa and very well thought out space . Kirsten has paid so much attention to every detail to make for a great stay. Close to town and the airport, yet just the right distance away for a quiet restful stay.Looking forward to another visit and most definitely recommend the Tilted Rooster Guesthouse!

This was exactly what we needed for our vacation. Beautiful outside views and horses as neighbors. The host made sure we had everything that we needed and then some, even offered a crock pot In case we needed it. They were very easy to communicate with and very friendly.We will definitely be back in the upcoming years.And will refer other people to stay.

Nice stay at Tilted Rooster

Very nice, small, quiet, comfortable place on the outskirts of Montrose. Convenient to restaurants and the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Instead of a hotel room, consider this.
