This quaint 3 bedroom home is perfect for your florida vacation. It is easy access to many attractions. It is 1 mile north of SR528. 5 miles from Kennedy Space Center. 7 miles from Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach Fl. We have the world famous Ron Jon's. 60 miles from Disney, Universal Studio's and Sea World. 5 miles from Port Canaveral where all the cruise ships dock. Merritt Island has convenient shopping, groceries, and many restaurants and specialty shops in Cocoa Village.

It’s on the right side the house is a duplex parking is on the right side. The air conditioner is a nest I would appreciate the AC being set no lower then 70 and turned up to 78 when you’re going to be gone for the day. Thank you!
