We enjoyed our vacation overall, but the property had several maintenance issues that affected our stay. We reported problems with the sink, dishwasher, and a loose bedroom door handle during our stay. We also found that the upstairs bathroom outlets didn’t work, two outdoor umbrellas were broken, and the hot tub was too dirty to use.We understand maintenance issues can happen, but we were disappointed by the number of problems and hope they are addressed for future guests.

Family Fun

Absolutely beautiful. We had an amazing family time enjoying the pool & the outdoor lounge area. Played music on the outdoor tv. Great communication. Host was awesome!

Family vacation

Our family came to Mesa to visit family who just moved to the town. The house was less than 2 miles away and had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. A surprise were the fruit trees in the back. It was fun to use the juice machine for them. The bedrooms were perfect and very cozy for a family of 4. We would stay here again!

Relaxing Getaway

The home is absolutely stunning! It would definitely be a great place for families or groups as each of the four bedrooms is kind of off by itself. The furniture is all comfortable and the kitchen was a dream! Having double ovens was amazing! The outdoor space was Also spectacular! also

Very wonderful place . The house is very spacious. Lots of room to spread out . Host was amazing answered every question when called . I loved they had all cleaning products there and hair products . When flying great not to carry stuff. Only had few issues with pool

What an amazing trip! We were 3 families in town for the Jr Olympic regional championships. This house was absolutely perfect for all of us. Most well appointed kitchen I’ve ever had! All 9 of us fell in love with it. The outdoor space was everyone’s favorite place. The pool is amazing and everything you need from sunscreen to towels is provided. Just pack your swimsuit. And Laura awesome to work with. Everything was seamless from check in to check out.

Family Christmas 2024

Laura was so easy to work with and very timely in answering back to questions. We were able to get in a little early which was so helpful. The house was very well stocked with everything you could need, we had a large gathering of 20 and there was plenty of dishes and utensils. We have stayed in plenty of VRBO properties and they rarely have extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. they had it all even extra spices and other cooking items. Would definitely recommend. My only suggestion is to let prospective guests know they will not have use of the garage or master bedroom closet.

Simply Perfect!

We have rented a lot of houses in the Phoenix area. Fancy ones in Scottsdale and smaller ones in Gilbert/Mesa….but Starfire outshines them ALL! What a great location! The house is so spacious and so beautiful! The HEATED pool is just amazing. So many lounge chairs and seating for all. But what sets this property apart from others is the supplies and amenities. Everything you need is there. You don’t have to beg for more toilet paper or garbage bags because they actually leave extra stock under every sink! All your showering needs are provided. Shampoo! Conditioner! Body wash! And it’s good stuff, too! So many extra towels. Fully stocked laundry room. Fully stocked kitchen. Really nice drinking water filtration system. Ice maker that actually works (even an extra counter top one!). Two kinds of coffee makers. And coffee is provided. They even provide a basket of sunscreen. Every detail is thoughtful and was so appreciated. We will definitely book Starfire again. We come to town to visit family, and even they were impressed with the house and amenities. This is what every VRBO should be.
