Very comfortable house in great area!

This was a great place to stay with our family and our dog. We enjoyed the close access to restaurants and stores, and to Sanibel Island. We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Great Stay

My family and I had a great Stay at Sunnybelle! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Communication with the host was great and there were labels and details all over the home explaining the process and where things were. It made our trip nice and relaxing! Nice Home with Pool

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. Perfect and cute little house with a pool. The communication with the hosts was great. The house was clean which is one of our main priorities when booking a vacation home.

Beautiful Location

Came to visit family and enjoy the beach and nice weather. Saw so many owls! It was just what I needed as I live in Buffalo, NY for this time of year. Only problem is a lot of traffic and takes longer to get short distances. Other than that great place to stay and relaxing location.

Cutest house ever!!!

This home was great! The owner has really put love into the decor and furnishings! We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was great. The beds were very comfortable. The dog loved the yard! It was in a great area with very easy access to the main entertainment area. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

AMAZING Experience!

This was probably the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Lindsay & Mike went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. They had birthday treats and decorations for my son and snacks for all of us. The house was well-equipped with pool toys, beach toys, towels, beach bags, coolers, coffee, extra blankets and pillows, even toys for the kiddos. The outdoor TV, furniture, twinkle lights. and pool were absolutely perfect for us with an unseasonably cold week during our visit. The house is easily accessible to downtown Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita, and Sanibel. It was very convenient getting anywhere, which was so nice for a variety of activities for our family. The house was decorated so well to be cute, beachy, and cozy, and everything was high quality. Having a stocked washer and dryer was also a life saver! I truly can’t say a single bad thing about our experience and would 100% rent this house again if we are back in the area.

Why they chose this property

Caloosahatchee is a residential area along the Caloosahatchee River, popular for boating, fishing, and dining. It's home to Yacht Club Community Park, with a marina, fishing pier, and large public beach. It's a well established area and very close to just about anything you could possibly want to do in SWFL.

What makes this property unique

Our house was built in 1962 just after Cape Coral was founded as the "Waterfront Wonderland" so we aimed to keep some retro charm while also offering updated amenities. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, fun, and sunny space for you :)
