Welcome to Cottage 5 at La Bella Vista on Autumn Lake!

Nestled at the foothills of the Tug Hill Region, Cottage 5 has been completely remodeled for the 2026 season and welcomes you with soaring knotty pine cathedral ceilings, a bright open-concept great room, beautiful new finishes, and comfortable gathering spaces designed for making memories. Whether you're returning from a day of fishing, riding the Tug Hill trails, or simply relaxing by Autumn Lake, you'll have plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy time with family and friends.

This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with two private bedrooms, each offering two queen-size beds, plus a twin daybed with a twin trundle in the spacious living room. One bedroom also features a private patio door leading to its own balcony—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching the trees and local wildlife.

The first bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower with a relaxing rain shower head, while the second bathroom includes a jetted soaking tub—perfect after a day on the snowmobile or ATV trails.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, regular coffee maker, cookware, dishes, flatware, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Gather around the dining table, enjoy additional bar seating, or dine outside on either of the two attached decks with plenty of seating for everyone.

After dinner, gather around the fire pit for s'mores, relax in the oversized great room, or unwind under the umbrella on the lakeside deck with your favorite book while overlooking beautiful Autumn Lake.

The beach, docks, boats, and lake amenities are shared with other La Bella Vista guests.

There is no additional charge to use the boats. We maintain a large fleet so guests never have to worry about there being enough boats available.

Life jackets are provided for your safety. If someone in your group requires a specialty size, please bring one with you.

Autumn Lake is Catch & Release Only to help preserve excellent fishing for years to come.

Whether you're coming to fish Autumn Lake, the Salmon River, the Lower Reservoir, or the Upper Reservoir—or you're here to hike, ski, ride the C5 snowmobile and ATV trail, or simply spend a relaxing week unwinding—we invite you to experience everything La Bella Vista on Autumn Lake has to offer.

Please note:

• No corkers on the decks or inside the cottage
• No fish cleaning anywhere on the property. Cleaning fees will be assessed if this rule is violated.

Pets are part of the family, and we're happy to welcome them.

• Maximum of 2 pets
• $110 pet fee

Nearby Attractions

Conveniently located just minutes from many local attractions.

• Approximately 10 minutes to Pulaski for restaurants and grocery stores
• Less than 2 minutes to the world-famous Salmon River Fly Fishing Entry
• Minutes to Tailwater Lodge & Spa
• Approximately 5 minutes to Salmon River Falls (a must-see!)
• Direct access to the C5 Trail for snowmobiling and ATV riding
• Approximately 10 minutes to the ATV meetup at Altmar Union Station
• Approximately 30–40 minutes to Destiny USA
• Walking distance to the Lower Salmon River Reservoir (just across from our entrance)

Please note that ATV trail opening and closing dates vary each season and are closed during hunting season. Please make sure your vehicle is approved for current trail use before your trip.

Parking is available directly in front of your cottage.

We have plenty of room. Please let Brian know before your arrival if you plan to bring one.

Traveling with Family or Friends?

Cottage 5 overlooks beautiful Autumn Lake from its attached deck and is located behind Cottage 6. All of our cottages are within easy walking distance, making Cottage 5 an excellent choice for a quiet getaway or for booking alongside one or more cottages when traveling with family and friends.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, fishing trip, reunion, snowmobile weekend, ATV adventure, or group getaway, La Bella Vista makes it easy for everyone to stay close while enjoying their own private space.

Firewood

Seasonal firewood is available for purchase on-site.

Firewood is self-service and located behind Cottage 3.

Simply pay with cash in the lockbox or ask Brian to add the charge to your reservation. Pricing is posted at the firewood station.
