Welcome to the never rented SUN DAY FUN DAY. 4 bedroom 3 bath Private Beach home located 50 yards from the sands of the Atlantic Ocean in the highly desired Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy an all day affair at the beach, and come back and jump in your private salt water pool. Lounge on two ocean view decks and enjoy the salt air as it breezes through the palm trees around the house. Private elevator for handicapped or elderly guest. We cant wait to have you stay with us!
Walking into a huge open floor plan, we have upgraded everything in the kitchen to be able to accommodate any of your cooking needs. Stainless steel appliances throughout the kitchen, with full pots and pans for your use.
Large sectional couch make for the perfect spot for family movie nights.
Master bedroom: 1 King, ensuite bathroom
Guest bedroom 1: 2 Queens
Guest Bedroom 2: 2 Queens

Beautiful LVP flooring throughout the house, you can really tell how much pride has been put in the house.
All rooms and living room have brand new Samsung Smart TVs, so bring your favorite streaming channel and not miss a beat!
The front balcony is something to you have to take in. Large rocking chairs on the front, perfect spot to catch all the onshore winds from the ocean just steps away.
Outdoor salt water pool for you to use day or night during your trip!
All linen is provided, minus beach towels, so please think about bring those with you!
Please note there is a $75 fee pet pet that will be billed outside of this platform
POOL HEAT
Pool heat can only be offered April 15th – May 31st and September 1st – October 31st for an additional fee of $400 + tax. During this period, the pool can only reach temps about 10 degrees warmer than the outside air and max heat 84 degrees for the pool.
