Park your car! Seriously. It's literally easier to walk the 2 blocks downtown than to find a parking spot there. Enjoy the privacy of the whole cottage to yourself; no other attached units. 1 bedroom, 1 bath 775 sqft

UNBEATABLE LOCATION:
In the 400 yards between this bungalow and downtown you will transition from the treelined, Montford neighborhood to downtown's bustling restaurants, bars, breweries and busking. Hummingbird Park across the street. 2 blocks to the Civic Center, 3-4 blocks to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Grove Arcade and the urban greenway trail.

FEATURES:
Comes fully furnished and equipped (kitchen utensils, all linens/pillows etc ) All new appliances. All-in-one washer/dryer. Gas range. Microwave. Tankless/"endless" hot water heater. New HVAC plus a gas burning "stove" for additional heat. "Smart" TV with Chromecast dongle. (No dishwasher. No Garbage disposal.) Vintage clawfoot tub and shower combo. Full kitchen set up (cookware, tableware etc). Bed and bath linens provided. No off street parking BUT free on street parking is never a problem.

DESCRIPTION:
Renovated in Spring of 2022 this c1920s carriage house sits discreetly behind the "main" house and across the street from the city's Hummingbird Park. Features comfortable, casual furnishings, original pine hardwoods, handmade tile backsplash and reclaimed wood gives a rustic warmth to this intimate, "homey" space.

Best for single occupants: traveling nurses, temporary executive housing, digital nomads or graduate students. Enough room for a couple but would be tight space for longer visits. Notably, there's not a dedicated workstation area but plenty of space to set one up on the dining table.

SHARED AMENITIES
The double lot backyard (HUGE for downtown) is shared with the main house occupants (rented as a separate unit.), gas grill, and stone patio and large backyard are all shared. Lawn maintenance service is included. The Blazing fast internet included and shared with

NOTABLY:
The carriage house is at the end of the driveway to the main house. You'll egress the carriage house by traversing a well lit path though a backyard shared with the main house. The main house will likely have a dog ( vetted for a friendly temperament) in the shared back yard.
