Absolutely Amazing

Kudos to Timmy and Susana for creating an incredible living space behind Susana’s lovely art studio. The space had a modern design with an efficient, practical and peaceful layout. There was impeccable attention to detail and a true reflection of both of their warm and exuberant personalities and love of life. The space feels as if it is secluded in the middle of the woods. From the interior of the unit there is no perceptual audio/visual awareness of the adjacent art studio. The North Asheville location is close to all the necessities and a great location from which to explore all things Asheville as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. We are so grateful that we were able to stay in such an amazing space and even more grateful to have had the pleasure of meeting Susana and Timmy. Thank you for an incredible stay.

Why they chose this property

During the pandemic our touring was canceled so we poured our hearts and souls into renovating a large 1200 sq ft garage yielding an art studio for Susana and this lovely, fully furnished apartment. Everyone who has seen it has remarked what a uniquely beautiful and tranquil spot it has become. We welcome you to enjoy this peaceful sanctuary. We are an easygoing and fun-loving couple, happy to make your acquaintance or offer as much privacy as you like.

What makes this property unique

Your guest suite occupies about a half of the building with your own separate entrance on the back side featuring a large arching patio facing beautiful open woods, total privacy. Susana is a visual artist and her studio occupies the front part of the building - the two spaces are separated by a soundproof interior wall. The furnishings throughout the guest suite were carefully selected, gathered and placed with your comfort in mind - we designed everything as if we would be the occupants, so no compromises.
