In the Heart of Speedway, west of Downtown Indy
Super comfortable, impeccably clean ABNB that has wonderfully cozy linens and fresh towels. 300 yards from the main entrance of Turn one at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Just a one block walk to the restaurants that include O’Reilly’s Irish Pub, Dawson’s on Main, Barbecue and Bourbon, Le Peeps, and Big Woods. 12-15 minutes West of downtown Indy and just 7 miles (13 minutes) to Lucas Oil Raceway Park to the West. Washer and Dryer a nice plus in the basement! Don’t miss last to photos of location.
The space
This charming home built around 1940 includes one large main upstairs with a TV and King sized bed. The other bedroom has a double bed with bunk single above. The bathroom upstairs has a shower with tub to scrub any little ones clean! The half bath is located on the Main floor. The cozy living room has a large screen TV and separate dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay feel at home. Don’t miss the little coffee bar for relaxing in the morning!

There will be cars parking in the grass and around the property on race days, so please be aware as those times the area is busy with people walking to and from the Speedway track.
