The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Remove personal items and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Be sure to keep gate locked at all times as the gate to your suite is open to the entire back yard. Security is #1.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Do not enter or change any of the pool settings or go into the area of the controls behind the wood fence. Resetting pool starts at $225.00.

Guests are NOT allowed.

Do not run laundry between 4pm and 7pm except weekends. Do not touch or water cactus. Best to stay on concrete path as some are dangerous.
