We do not offer cable TV, however all TV's are smart TV's and you can access the news and weather through the YouTube app. In addition, you can log into Hulu or your Netflix account if you have one.

Hot Tub Policy
Use at Your Own Risk: Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. The host is not liable for any injuries or accidents.
Please attend to the children at all times
Close Cover After Use: Always replace the cover securely after use to maintain water temperature and cleanliness.
No Food or Pets: Food and pets are strictly prohibited in or near the hot tub.
Damage/Cleaning Fee: Excessive dirt, damage, or misuse will result in a $200 cleaning/damage fee.

Pet friendly for 'friendly' dogs. When submitting a booking request, please specify how many dogs & the breeds. We do not breed restrict, It just simply allows us to plan for cleanings in between. We typically need to have 24 hours in between bookings with pets so that we can get furniture steam cleaned. Also, your pet must be housebroken. If there is any damage due to pet soiling, a pet odor of any kind, or excess hair, then there will be an extra cleaning fee of $200, as we will get everything steam cleaned.

*A Pet friendly beach is located in Navarre/Gulf Breeze. You can also take your dog swimming at the sandy beach access in the neighborhood at the end of Bay Dr SE. Put 45 SE Bay Drive Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548 into a GPS and it will take you to the sandy beach.

This is a STRICT NO-SMOKING PROPERTY. If there is any odor from smoking upon checkout, there will be an additional charge for extra cleaning and neutralizing of the air and furnishings.

Please know there are two small steps located in the house. One is near the kitchen heading towards the backyard, and the other is near the dining room heading towards the two queen suite.

We stayed for just for a weekend getaway with our teen boys. The house interior has been updated and was very nice. We appreciated the two king bedrooms because most vacation homes tend to put queens or twins in the guest rooms. We would define stay here again.

Beautiful House

I had to travel to Fort Walton Beach on short notice with my family and was very happy to find such a great house for our stay. We loved the open floorplan which was perfect for catching up with family, and everything was clean and well stocked (including games and beach equipment which we didn't expect). The host was helpful and communicative and even let us check in early which was a huge help!

Beautiful Hidden Gem!

Oh my where should I start! The property is so beautiful and is as depicted in the description/pictures online! The home was clean, warm & welcoming and well organized...the owners thought of everything! They went above beyond to accommodate myself and my family for the holidays. The home is beautifully decorated in a simplistic yet moderate fashion. The appliances are top tier and there's plenty of space to accommodate a large group. It was only 6 in my party so there was more than enough space for everyone! My children enjoyed the spacious backyard as well as the hot tub. There were games provided, a playpen, as well as beach supplies...again they truly thought of everything! We even enjoyed complimentary drinks while relaxing in the hot tub. The property is literally in walking distance of Publix and a minutes drive from most restaurants, the beach and tourist attractions. It's at a prime location in conjunction to activities and attractions. We'll definitely be returning soon! Thank you Chris and Amber for making our stay memorable and pleasant!
