Sorry, but the "SMALL PRINT" comes first...... This is a SMOKE FREE property, with one exterior-only security camera, facing the entry area of the enclosed patio. This ensures the physical integrity of the property. **NO PETS ALLOWED** Undeclared Pets are charged at $200 per pet / per night. Due immediately. PLEASE: no bicycles inside the cottage! -- The property (and deck is smoke free) and not 420 friendly. The cottage is suitable for two adults only and up to two children (in the "full" size box bed.) Reservations for more than two adults will be refused. Undeclared additional guests are charged at $200 per adult per night, due immediately. All declared guests over the initial two are charged at $50 per guest per night, up to 4 total guests.
All guests, INCLUDING INFANTS of any age are charged. The "Box Bed' in the living room is for CHILDREN ONLY - no adults - (it will break)

A "Full" sized Murphy style "box-bed" sits in the front room ready for up to two additional children. A full size stacking washer/dryer is next to the bath area.
Oak Alley is close to: The Field Arts and Events Center (2 blocks), The Blackball Ferry Terminal (3 blocks), A Safeway with Starbucks (1/2 block), The Olympic Discovery Trail (3 Blocks), and downtown Port Angeles (1 block). Olympic National Park Headquarters are only 1 mile away. OA's own private and locked covered patio is perfect for parking bicycles and enjoying the outside air. Come and See. You won't be disappointed.

The Powells (Brent and Amy) are Raving Fans of the North Olympic Peninsula and Port Angeles in particular. They've been hosting vacation rentals (CZZ and TTPH) for many years and love introducing their guests to this area. In their words..."We've lived all over the country, and this is the best place yet". Amy is from Erie Pennsylvania, and Brent from Southern Oregon. They're both retired Registered Dental Hygienists, and now enjoy being Real Estate Brokers with BrokersGroup Real Estate Professionals. OAK ALLEY is in the Cherry Hill area of Port Angeles. Older and Stable, with wonderful neighbors. Close to downtown, it's only a short walk to loads of great restaurants, the Field Performing Arts Center, Coho Ferry and waterfront.
