Spacious, bright and clean - such a welcoming and cozy place to land and unload into after our long day trip excursions. Also appreciated the enclosed porch for enjoying the outdoor air or rinsing off our feet leaving wet clothes after a beach day. Kitchen nice to work/eat in, comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend!
We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. The home was spotless, beautifully designed and equipped with everything we needed, while the location made it easy to walk to downtown and served as the perfect base for exploring Olympic National Park. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making the entire experience comfortable and hassle-free.
The unit was in a very convenient location to all activities and ferry but was also in a residential neighborhood. The owners were very welcoming and our children were able to check out the chickens (which left us fresh eggs in our fridge when we arrived), the fresh growing berries and the family pup played with our boys. The unit was very nicely done and had all the things we could need for our stay and cooking.
Charming and clean property in a very good location. If you can handle the stairs, downtown is only a block away, but because it’s up on the bluff, it’s relatively quiet. It’s a block from a natural grocer, two blocks from Safeway, and close to lots of dining options.Note that the bedroom is only accessible through the bathroom, which can be awkward depending on how well you know your travel partner. The property was well appointed, and the sauna was a very nice feature. A regular coffee pot would have been nice in addition to the Keurig. All in all I would easily recommend if you’re looking to be close to downtown.
No cost was spared to insure guest have a pleasant stay. It deserves a 10. Great landing pad for exploring the Washington coast. We would highly recommend. And we would definitely stay here again!
The property looks even better in person than pics. Very thoughtfully put together and a perfect spot for a couple. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area. I also liked the ramp outside for easy access to downtown. Overall, I highly recommend!
The craftsmanship and amenities top notch. The location to the shops and restaurants was an easy walk. If your a hiker Marymere Falls and the Storm King Trail are a must. Enjoy your stay in this very comfortable house.
This is a well appointed house and is very conveniently located close to downtown, the waterfront and not very far from the national Park visitor center and even the park entrance on hurricane ridge road. The electric car charging is something that I especially appreciated.
Thank you for sharing the eggs! Loved the design touches of stained glass. Was a learning curve with stovetop. Glad the instructions were in the notebook. The overhead fan in main room came on randomly our last day there. Remote was in the kitchen cupboard; however there was not a battery in it. Perhaps the frequency is controlled elsewhere. ?
Fantastic home in an ideal location. Easy walking to downtown shops and restaurants while conveniently located for access to ONP. We loved the sauna and couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
Loved our stay at Oak Alley! It was so clean and comfortable with excellent amenities and easy access to downtown and the national park. Would highly recommend it!
This was by far the most comfortable and high end vacation rental experience I’ve had. The hosts thought of so many small details that made the experience top notch—heated bathroom floors, a water kettle for tea, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and were sad to leave.
Wonderful space and location! Couldn’t ask for more.
