We thought it was a great start space. Love all the decor. We were a little sad. The Keurig wasn't working. I believe the electricity went out and I don't know if that had something to do with it or what but overall great experience.

We very much enjoyed the beautiful and spacious penthouse at Aquarius. It was the perfect place for our group to be together. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The Free transportation bus passed by our place frequently. We will definitely hope to book another stay when we visit again in the future.

The kitchen was stocked with lots of things. The view was very nice. The space was great. Three bathrooms was nice so everyone had space to get ready. The stairs going upstairs is very tight. If anyone is walking around in the loft you can hear everything in the two bedrooms below it.

No actual cons. Anything that was questionable was quickly overlooked by the location and view. The best part about this place is that there is always a balcony in sun and always a balcony in the shade. It’s the best to be honest. Easy walking to everything and responsive hosts when messaged. The pics make it look like it’s brand new but envision more Spanish style walls and older with modern flare feel and updates. We’d stay here again. There were 6 of us so each ‘couple’ got their own bathroom and space. The upstairs bathroom is small but serves the purpose.

The view is wonderful and the condo slept 10 of us fairly comfortably except the queen size room is unbearable in the fall because it faces west & south w/ sliding door windows on both sides. The refrigeration doesn't reach that room & the fans had to run from the hall door to try to cool it down. That meant we had to keep the rest of the condo freezing to attempt to cool it down. I would say in the fall only count on 8 if you want to stay cool. They need longer, wrap around rods (to cover the sun from blasting the side openings) and blackout curtains on both sliding doors long enough to wrap around the sides. Also, they only give you 1 nights shower hygiene for each bathroom. That would have been okay, but housekeeping did not leave any body wash--only 1" x 1/4" square bath soaps for both sink and shower. We only got 3 dishwasher pods for 1 week with 10 of us. And, they expect you to take out the trash on the last day, which is fine, but they don't leave enough trash bags to do that. You get only 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen and 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. They let you know most of this the day before you arrive. There were no pillow cases on the extra pillows in the closets. Housekeeping did not leave bath mats in each bathroom. And, a coke can of chew spit was left on the balcony. Housekeeping needs better training. They did bring pillow cases and bath mats the next morning after requesting them. We still had fun there.

Well stocked and beautiful property! The views from the balconies showed both sunrise AND sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few times, and the location was great for walking or a short drive to great restaurants. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable, exactly as advertised. The communication from the company was direct and easy to follow. Property and grounds were safe and well maintained. It was also well stocked with plenty of towels, including beach towels - beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. We will definitely consider a stay here with our family again sometime! Thank you!

Great location, beautiful views

This property is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a large family. Not only is it on the beach with some of the best views SPI has to offer, it’s also a great location within walking distance of restaurants, etc.

Great Stay

We did a family reunion and had plenty of room. The property was lovely and comfortable. The views were amazing. The location was wonderful. We had a perfect trip and appreciated all of the communication with the owners.

Fantastic location and great views

Perfectly close to restaurants and shopping while still being quiet at night. Even the grocery store is within willing distance! The loft is a tight squeeze but the teens made it home and they had their own bathroom upstairs.

Great Family Space

This space was amazing! My cousins and I had a "Cousins Retreat" to reconnect, and this space allowed us to do that comfortably. Lots of space, gorgeous views and right on the beach! We had a truly wonderful time!

Wonderful!
