Welcome to your very own lake therapy! This home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 baths, and the backyard of your dreams! All that is missing is YOU and your FAMILY! Pack your bags and come on in. Located near the brand new Riviera launch ramp, boats and toys are welcome too! Once you settle in you will quickly see why this home is your new home away home!

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard.
GENERAL INFO - welcome book, Free WiFi, keyless entry - door code is provided prior to check in, linens, towels, central heating and air, in home washer and dryer, trash bags, paper towels, and more.
NOTE - Optional daily pool heating fee of $100 - $150 a day DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF YEAR, PRICE OF PROPANE, AND WANTED TEMPERATURE OF THE POOL (propane to be pre-paid prior to check in and will be applied to the entire stay). Pool area is not fenced in.

- No pets allowed - if pets are found to be on the premises, there will be additional $150 non refundable cleaning fee charged immediately.
