Zen Studio was the ideal location for a quiet getaway that was close to Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, and many hiking trails.It was very clean, updated with lovely decor. The screened in sitting area and zen pond were a highlight!The surrounding area was so peaceful.Perfect for a solo or couple Highly recommend

You can always tell when an owner takes pride in their property. It shows in the attention to detail and the little things that weren't required but were done anyway. This owner fits into that category. Very nice little place to stay. It was so quiet that it made it hard to go back to my house in the noisy suburbs.

Quiet place to enjoy the Placid, Saranac lake area. The grounds are managed to sustain the wild animals in the area. We enjoyed the deer that visited daily! Very enjoyable experience!

This accommodation was even nicer than I hoped. Very private, and everything was so thoughtfully arranged. The host was available via text but never intrusive. If your idea of a quiet getaway includes deer grazing on clover outside your door, than this is the perfect place.

This was a lovely, quiet spot. Deer in the yard. Easy access to local activities, yet off the beaten path.Make sure you are comfortable with each other's routines. It IS a studio.Janet was very responsive to any questions.The little outside gazebo was great!!

Perfect location! Easy to both saranac and lake placid. Right near the boat launch. In a very private area that feels like an oasis. The space inside is basic but has everything you need. Don’t plan to do a lot of cooking but with such proximity to a range of restaurants you probably won’t want to. The rail trail is so close!

This is a lovely room with all the necessary accessories. Perfect for couples. Everything of high quality. Nice view from the window of visiting deer. Bonus screened outdoor room for quiet conversation or meditation overlooking a cute zen pond where chipmunks live. Location makes travel to both Lake Placid and Lake Saranac quite easy. The host communicated promptly and was very pleasant and helpful. If we come that way again this place will be our go to spot.

Lovely spot thoughtfully designed and maintained.Close to everything yet in the woods. Loved the hummingbirds and all of the bird call around the studio. This is a beautiful part of the Adirondacks and we’ll be back.
