Mountain side house with game room, hot tub, firepit 1 mile from Lambertville

Spend the day exploring the rivertowns on the Deleware. We are 1 mile from dowtown Lambertville NJ and New Hope PA. After a day of shopping and dining come back to our retreat to relax by the fire, soak in the hottub. There is a lot to offer in the Hunterdon/Bucks area. We have beautiful state parks to hike or you can bring/rent bikes to ride on the Deleware canal and explore other rivertowns with dining, craft beers, and wineries. If you are coming with kids, there are plenty of parks, a brand new vintage arcade. In the summer, there is tubing and kayaking on the river. Other seasonal favorites are the New Hope haunted train ride, Santa Steam train ride, and the Spring Shad Festival.

It's a beautiful house with a nice hot tub, unfortunately not enough dishes or silverware for the 11 people staying there. Upstairs bedroom comforter has not been cleaned. Not sure if they even clean comforts because they only want sheet off bed when you leave. Remote for fan did not work and no remote for bedroom TV. The worst part was the mice in the house. One fell into a bag at 2am, caught it but definitely more mice..

The house was nice. Lacked communication, towels in master bedroom, usually the house will have a book that explains how things work (fireplace). When we arrived it was dark - pitch black, hard to find lock box. All in all, it was a roomy home, we enjoyed our Christmas together. The house just lacked communication with owners.
